Pros:

Environmentally sustainable practises! Use of repurposed hardware and materials in building construction and decoration. Use of natural air flow through rooms instead of air conditioning. Lovely lobby/bar

The VIEW the design the position Great Coffee shops. Bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cinema at the door.

No aircon. Very hot on a hot day. Extremely noisy with the door open

Everything felt tired.
Pros:

The filtered water from the bar.

Cons:

There were no bath towels only bath mat and face clothes. Public hair was not cleaned away from the previous person who stayed before us.
The living room carpet and couch were very used/dirty.
Staffing was extremely stretched. Breakfast was included in the room but floor staff seemed very overwhelmed. Our food order sat under the hot lamps in the kitchen for 10minutes before being brought to us.
This was our second time staying. Definitely seemed like it was under new management or ownership because it was nothing like the first time we will not be staying again.

Enjoyed the hotel, would go for the air conditioned room if we visited again in summer.
Pros:

Great views of the Lake and evening meal was delicious.

Cons:

We stayed in eco apartments and were warned about lack of air con however I didnt realise that it would be too noisy to leave the doors or windows open and the fans proved were also quite noisy.

Room was lovely,, clean, had an amazing look over the lake with a balcony. Beautiful and the staff was just lovely, friendly and very helpful. Also the breakfast was really tasty.

Cons:

This is nitpicking but the position of the bed in the room was a bit strange since it basically blocked the entrance. The location of the hotel isn't bad (about 20mins walking distance o Canberras CBD) but it's also close to the motorway which makes a bit too much noise for a quiet evening on the balcony.
