Will never go back to this hotel
Cons:

Staff were unable to help us with any of our requests. We stayed there as it was close to the airport and we had and early flight. The staff could not even get us a taxi so we ended up walking the 10 minutes to the airport at 4am in the morning with all our luggage..

Air conditioning was slow to cool the room. The room was 90 degrees when I checked in. 16 hours later it’s 74 degrees. Better but not great.

Cons:

Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Es gab weder abends noch morgens warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Zudem hat der Stromanschluss im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert, sodass der Föhn nicht genutzt werden konnte. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war, dass es kein Fenster gab, das sich öffnen ließ, um frische Luft hereinzulassen. Insgesamt hat dies den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Pros:

La habitacion es pequeña y comoda, la facilidad de llegar y salir, el buffet de desayuno incluido es pequeño pero esta bien, tiene piscina de tamaño aceptable

La falta de hospitalidad del personal, se nota que les pagan el minimo y por lo tanto dan el minimo esfuerzo, no regresaron saludos, no sonrien, no preguntan por tu estadia,

Cons:

No hay trasporte del aeropuerto al hotel y está lejos , no entran Uber al aeropuerto, tuve que caminar mucho para tomar un taxi $60 pesos . Los del aeropuerto me cobraban $650!!! Por unas cuadras . Deberían tener Traspo DEL AEROPUERTO AL HOTEL y no al revés . Hay que subir escaleras eléctricas , y caminar para lograr llegar al hotel una vez enfrente . El desayuno es solo básico .
