Workman fixed the beeping smoke alarm when asked.

Cons:

White box look, no color or decor, like it could have been any city. My plain little room looked out on a blank wall. Shower was lukewarm.

Good for a one night stay before catching a flight.
Pros:

Check in and check out were quick and easy. It would be good if at least one front desk staff on duty could speak English. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was decent. The hotel is very near the airport, restaurants, Soriana grocery store and other amenities. The internet was easy to access and fast. It would be nice if more English language television channels were available. The pool area is a nice place to relax.

Cons:

The room door was unlocked when we arrived. There was only one towel in the room.
After notifying the front desk, the maid brought more towels (but a couple of them were pretty shabby).. One of the room key cards did not work and had to be replaced twice.

Staff were lovely. Pool was good. Breakfast only ok. Motion sensor in room gave off a bright blue light each time someone got up to use the washroom at night, meant for a poor night's sleep. Don't understand why you would have a motion detector in a hotel room. Don't plan to stay there again because of this.

Cons:

Motion detector blue light off and on throughout the night, see above. First room way too small and right next to the elevator, had to pay more to get 4 pillows and larger room. Apparently when asked could not supply 2 more pillows in a one bed room, only available in two bed rooms.
