The White Hotel

Check in process was really frustrating, got moved from one location to another, would have been good to have known this from the start. Nobody at the reception desk ever, really difficult when you need tissue paper or even during checkout, waited 15 minutes until someone arrived. Apart from that room was clean and had all the basics, it is exactly what you pay for. Good location

Poor first impression...hard to find as there were other White hotels and we were at the second one. Door locks only handle and the slider had been ripped off. Looked into alley way. GF did not feel safe.

This hotel is very affordable and dead smack in the center of the town it’s nice to walk out the hotel and be near great restaurants and my favorite bar The Tree House

Girl at check in desk barely understood english and struggled to process that i had booked a room via expedia. Room was not cleaned once during our 5 night stay. Ants everywhere, woke up every morning with bites most likely from bed bugs as they looked completely different to our mosquito bites. Beds were rock hard and did not get a good night sleep once. The place is a dump that is clearly not well looked after

Good stay, rooms was fair with comfy beds and an ok shower. Based in a great location

Awfull place, if the "staff" was in the front "table" they didn't even look at you. Disgusting bathrooms, extremelly loud.

The staff were awful we were checked in by what appeared to be a 10 year old girl who had no idea
The staff didn't speak to us once after many hellos and goodbyes but hey it was cheap and convenient!

We stayed 3 nights in "The white 2". Location was good as it was close to all the bars and restaurants, as well to the pier.

Did not get soaps while room was made, and since reception closes early, one time we had no soaps for the night.

Wifi was good, AC as well.

Overall, it wasn't our most pleasant stay, but it had everything we needed.

Small room but good for the price ratio. Location is in the middle of Phi Phi and very easy to get around to both sides of bay. WIFI keeps getting disconnected frequently, but works anyway. Bed is quite good for sleeping but a/c quite noisy. Sink did have problems, it leaked and water went down to sink very slowly. It took hour for water from brushing teeth to go down. Room number was I7, second floor. There was no cleaning for our stay 3 days, we didn't specifically ask for it either. Clean towels we got from downstairs reception when we asked for them. For this price we could stay here again.

It was great ,pleasant staff, and great night life on test beach , there is also a White Hotel 1 but are close together

I've had some problems finding the hotel because the map location is completely wrong. Then I passed the white hotel 2 and the staff didn't speak any English. when I found the white hotel they told me my booking was relocated to the white hotel 2 because the #1 is full. other than that I didn't have any problems...the room was nice, location is in in the center but away enough that all the parties don't bother you if you want to sleep.

Moved us to the White hotel 2 but it was nicer there anyway. Good location, ended up staying an extra night phi phi is so lovely. Was a good hotel for a chilled out stay in phi phi. They cleaned the room everyday.

Value for money. My hotel room door did not lock properly. Shower in the toilet is low pressure. But overall, decent and worth the money you pay

Very central , room basic but clean. Was all that we needed as weren't looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Great stay loved the lively phi phi island !

Great location and easy to find. A 2 minute walk to the bars and 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was spacious with a good bathroom - perfect little bit of luxury for two backpackers :-)

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and had an absolute blast! this hotel is located in the heart of all the fun. If you don't like partying and aren't good with people partying until the wee hours then I don't suggest you stay here..because you can hear people from the hotel room. It didn't bother us though, it wasn't that loud.

The room was decently clean but quite loud because of nearby bars. Also FYI, you have to take your shoes off at the entrance. The price and location are pretty average.

Perfect location as next to all the main bars but not too noisy and 5 min walk to the beach. Yes this hotel may be a little expensive for what it is as it's a little dated in the interior and bathroom but we had maid service daily and free towels and toiletries. We were previously worried about staying here because of previous comments but the staff were very friendly and helped call my previous hotel in krabi where I had left my passport. Excellent air con and hot showers.

it's OK hotel but so expensive for the price and not have breakfast but I think that every hotel in koh phi phi island is expensive. the room is clean. the bathroom needs more attention and the TV have just channel in Thai language.

Nice room, ice cold ac and very fast wifi. Hot shower too. Central location, about 10 minute walk to the pier.
