The hitel is very old and the facility not to the standard of the rate charge.

Good location, small place, not cold enough AC, extra charge for more water bottles and not really sound proof. If the price is cheap then you get what you payed for but if you book it during high season then you are overpaying.

Its a nice hotel and the staff are friendly, but ineffective. Rooms are in poor condition.

Perushotelli. Ahdas mutta toimiva huone. Niukka aamupala, vain paikallisia ruokalajeja. Lähellä hyvä ruokapaikka/baari.

Very welcoming and helpful staffs, but the rooms are just average and bed not very comfortable. Housekeeping is terrible as they never changed towels, or refill soaps and water bottles while cleaning the room, we have to keep calling them everyday to get the amenities.

It was fine. A warm bed, a hot shower, and an electrical socket. It does get loud starting at like 2am when the traffic starts to roll in.

A great location, friendly staff and refreshing pool!
Disappointed to ask for taxi rate at desk then faced with paying twice as much at station!

何度も泊まっていますが、スタッフも親切。立地もいいと思います。ただ同じグレードの部屋でも微妙に作りが違って、水周りを中心に快適度に差が有ります。

It's very good hotel. But Taxi Driver of hotel charges more than cost on meter . One employee - Vita- is extremely nice and friendly

only booked this hotel as it was close to rly stn otherwise would not have stayed there enough said . traffic in jkt is a nightmare you just cant go anywhere1hour 30min to go 5 km.checked out jln jaksa disgusting hole seen its hay day 10years ago .

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment. The walls were grubby. The shower had absolutely no water pressure, and the shower head fell out of the holder as soon as you turned the water on. Either very hot water or cold water. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. We were on the top floor, but you had to walk through a storage area to get to the pool. Bed was clean. Was close to jalan jaksa, but no bars cafes that we expected. Circle K convenience store directly across the street.

I was asked to go to another Cemara hotel since the hotel was fully booked. Insisted on staying at Grand Cemara and later gave us a room. Have stayed at this hotel and generally I am quite satisfied with it.

Stayed here for more than 2 months, so that can attest to my affinity for this hotel.

What I like most is the friendliness and attitude of all the staffs - always smiling and greeting and eager to be of service. When I needed a taxi, two of the staff braved the drizzle to hail one for me, from across the street - how's that for excellent service indeed.

The only problem is the weak Wi-Fi signal and the problems with the aircon. But the maintenance staff were quick to attend and resolved the air-con problems.

I loved the deco of this hotel as it gives a nice ambience.

The morning breakfast gets monotonous as I stayed here for so long though - wished there are more varieties.

Staff are very polite but Housekeeping is wanting. Even when we booked 4 two occupants, 1 coffe cup only provided, complimentary tea n coffee for 1 only. Hot water not available in bathroom till we lodged complaint.

A pleasant environment and the nice ambience. The staffs are always smiling and eager to provide services, which are very good. The room is great and big.

No mirror in the room, except for one above the wash basin in the bathroom. Staff are very helpful, but the room condition is not good; the walls are the most basic White Wash, they should at least have them properly painted, normal acrylic or polyester paint doesn't cost much... and they are washable, whereas White Wash is basically chalk, and stains cannot be washed off. White fluorescent lights in the bathroom makes it look cheap; it wouldn't cost the hotel any extra for using warm white instead of daylight fluorescence.

This is a very nice middle class hotel. Breakfast is nice, our room had limited light coming in through the windows, so it was a fantastic sleep environment. The room decor is satisfactorily modern. Nothing strangely outdated or cheap as you see in many places in Indo. The pool deck view is beautiful and the location is excellent because it's near Yaksa street and D'consulate. Yaksa street has coin laundry and good indo food.

Great room for sleep as nice and dark and quiet. Friendly staff. Good size. Swimming pool ok but could do with nicer surroundings (sunbeds etc). Breakfast wasn't brilliant but ok, coffee and tea awful. Location pretty good, you can walk to a train station.

Nice room, nice pool, nice location, friendly staff.
No refill for tea, coffee, sugar, etc for the following nights.
