Great stay
Pros:

This hotel was well managed and everything was very clean and comfortable.
Great for our two-nights stay and location is perfect for easy access to the train station and buses

Completely shocking. waste of money

Rooms were filthy. Found a womans underwear in my rooms closet. Beds are too small. Im 5"9. Terrible experience.

Wet disappointed that there was NO LIFT
Pros:

There was no breakfast available. Voucher to Mercure was issued. Very disappointed that there was NO LIFT we had twi rooms all guests were over 80 and expected to carry our bags to level 4. Thankfully the receptionist helped carry the ladies bags to level 4

a good time, would stay again happily.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpfull, the location for the price was absolutely superb!

Cons:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the rolling was a danger to myself and my partner every time we sat down. I wish it had been more accessibility friendly but i was well aware of that limitation upon booking.

Disappointed to say the least
Pros:

Closeness to Roma St Station

Cons:

5 storey hotel. No lift. You need to be young and fit to stay here. I’m 80 and would never have stayed here if someone somewhere had said there was no lift. Also the drug addled idiot raving loudly from 5am didn’t help. Never again!

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de roma street, como a 5minutos, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado wolsworth como 5-10 minutos y de todo lo principal para ver. Restaurante debajo mismo. Habitación pequeña pero bien. Tiene nevera. Baño completo que funciona bien

Lo único es que no tiene ascensor y le falta mejorar a las paredes del baño

Pros:

Small but comfortable, close to the river and city. Very good value

We were close to the stairs and there was a little bit of noise, Homeless people in park opposite.

A nice budget hotel conveniently located near the bus and train station.
Pros:

The room was tidy and clean. The little balcony was a bonus. The motel is in easy walking distance to the train and bus station.

Cons:

There is no lift so people with limited mobility need to be aware that they might have to take the stairs to get to their room.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was great.

Cons:

There was no lift at all to access the floors so you have to carry all your luggage up the stairs. We were on the fourth floor. The key was hard to turn in the lock of the door making it hard to open. The sliding door to access our balcony was extremely hard to open and close due to its heaviness.
