Pros:

We didn’t end up staying here. When we arrived they said the hotel was booked so the had upgraded us to the hotel next door. Worked out great because that hotel was better!

It was clean and location was near train station and a private hospital

There are no elevators to any floors meaning having to take luggage up flights of stairs and down again.

Clean good value for money close to key areas around the city

It was clean and close to other facilities

Cons:

They were under staffed line of 6 waiting to check in didn’t get into our room until well after 2pm. When events are on close by they should have more staff on to make check in faster.

Clean but do not think you will walk to dinner!

Cons:

Tried to check in twice and both times they told me our rooms weren’t ready and to come back. Coffee and sugar supplies had not been replenished since previous guests. Multiple floors with no lift and rooms were really small, no room to swing a cat. They advertised parking onsite but nowhere near enough, had to go to the hotel next door and pay for parking.
