Pros:

The place was pet friendly, and the kitchen, restaurant staff were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Room was dirty and dusty.

Showers did not work well. Initially only had scalding hot water. You could literally see steam coming out of the shower head. We only realised this at night after a long day and security could not figure out what was wrong. He himself could not bare to touch the water coming from the showers and suggested we have a shower in the pool, twice.

When we informed the restaurant staff of what security had said, they were apologetic, helpful and managed to help us find a sweet spot with the shower that still gave the occasional burst of scalding water. We managed to have our showers but we'd have to jump out of the shower every so often to prevent getting burnt. Management said they'd check the pipes has the cold water pipe might be clogged. This was however not resolved during our stay.

Added feedback from friends who stayed with us;

"They fogged the area without warning. That’s a horrible health hazard. What if we had our balcony doors open? What would happen to us and our pets?

The water temperature situation was ridiculous, and they didn’t resolve it. Their solution to shower in the swimming pool is ridiculous. Staff walked in to our unit with shoes on. So rude.

Floor was very dirty. We had to wear room slippers. Can feel the grit beneath our feet.

Mosquitoes feasted on me all night of day 2. So what’s the point of fogging? They didn’t feast on me on day 1.

I’m not coming back, and cannot in good conscience recommend it.

Pros:

Habitación e instalaciones muy grandes. Restaurante con poquitas opciones pero muy rico todo con alguna opción sin gluten. Personal muy amable y servicial. Ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Jardines muy bonitos

Cons:

Lo único que fue que salía poca cantidad de agua de la ducha pero no lo comentamos ya que sólo fueron dos noches

Very relaxing. Clean, comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family. There was lots of spaces to sit and relax with plenty of green space too.

Cons:

The shower in the main bedroom did not hold a consistent temperature and rapidly became scalding hot. That said, there were 2 other showers in our residence.

The staff most importantly .. we’ve been coming here for a few years now and Brad and his team have always looked after us exceptionally well.

All the different style rooms are lovely, the gardens are lush, and the location is stunning.

The cocktails ain’t bad either ! 😆

Staff were amazing. We had 2bed residence with private pool and it was huge. Very clean and tidy property and gardens beautiful.

Home away from home
Pros:

This is our second time at Bayshore and this time stayed in a one bedroom apartment in the residence section. The room was so spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. We had a downstairs residence that has a small pool which we don’t use because the main pool is so beautiful. The restaurant is top notch and we only ate dinner out one night because we loved it so much. The team organised 2 day trips for us which were great thanks to Yasa. We will be back soon

Mooi rustig plekje!
Pros:

De grootte van het appartement. Lekker hoog! Fijne bedden en prima locatie en rustig. Super mooie tuin. Lief personeel.

Cons:

Restaurant eten was wat prijzig. Het ligt aan het strand maar is niet op het strand. Je kan niet echt aan het strand liggen.

Peaceful, clean & relaxing
Pros:

Quiet resort set in a typical tropical Balinese garden. The pool was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were clean & the huge bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The coastline is being done up- Will be fantastic when it’s finished.
