Alles im allen hatten wir einen schönen Aufendhalt
Pros:

Tolle Lage schön gebaut.

Cons:

Versorgung mit Glutenfreier Kost nicht optimal enge im Speiseraum .
Bauarbeiten während des Aufenthalts.

Tolles Haus , aber total versagen des Management !

Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer

Cons:

Personal kommt trotz Schild an der Tür einfach in das Zimmer. Mehr Angestellte im Gym als Gäste. Frontdesk Personal beschäftigt sich lieber mit sich selber als mit den Gästen. Frühstücksbüffet wurde nach Ansturm von Busreise/Gäste nicht wieder aufgefüllt.

Kundenorientierung war gestern!
Pros:

Die Lage am Wasser ist wunderbar

Cons:

Das 5 Sternehaus führt eine Totalrenovierung im laufenden Betrieb durch ohne die Gäste zu informieren.
Alte Bäder werden mit schwerem Gerät entfernt.
Das Personal ist unvorbereitet und total überfordert.
Man schaue sich seitens Arosa Porsche an „ Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall“.
Der Kunde spielt hier längst keine Rolle mehr.

Luxuriöses Hotel mit Entspannungsgarantie
Pros:

Gute Lage.
Schöne, aufgeräumte und saubere Zimmer.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Toller Spa-Bereich, insbesondere die Saunalandschaft.
Ausgezeichnetes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Sehr schöne und gemütliche Bar mit Live-Musik.

Cons:

Nichts. Wirklich nichts.

Tolles Ambiente in einem nicht passenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Großzügig Räumlichkeiten und toller SPA. Sehr gutes Buffet.

Cons:

Die Minibar war sehr spärlich ausgestattet (2Säfte,2 Wasser und ein Snack), Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher waren nicht auf dem Zimmer und müssen separat geordert werden, was uns erst nach zur Abreise mitgeteilt wurde. Das Personal spricht meist Englisch und hat teilweise Verständnisprobleme. Preis-Leistung nicht passend bei den teuren Zimmerpreisen (450€/Nacht).

Schöne Auszeit zwischendurch!
Pros:

Netter Empfang, aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal insbesondere im Restaurant.
Tolle Speiseauswahl, die kaum Wünsche offenlässt. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.
Wellness u. SPA-Bereich sehr schön, sauber und groß.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer (Schrankfächer)und auch die Toilette nicht wirklich sauber, wurde aber nach unserer Reklamation sofort gereinigt.
Die Möbel und Türen sind teilweise schon ziemlich "angefessen", könnten mal wieder aufgefrischt oder erneuert werden.
Schön wäre ein kleiner Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer gewesen...
Unterm Strich war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im A-Rosa!

Pros:

Großzügig gestaltetes Hotel mit gleichermaßen schönen Spa Bereich. Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abend Buffet.

Cons:

Bau Lärm ( Modernisierung eines Flügels)aber hier wurde vom Personal schnell eine gute Lösung gefunden.
