Pros:

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Bett war groß und man konnte seht gut darauf liegen und natürlich auch schlafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, in einem tollen Frühstücksraum inkl. Dachterrasse mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit erneut buchen.
Pros:

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das Hotel insgesamt macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen in der Tiefgarage und an der Straße zur Verfügung.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es uns etwas zu laut. Die moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung sieht zwar gut aus, wirkt aber nicht geräuschdämmend. Bei vielen Gästen kann es daher leider für manchen Gast zu laut werden.

Gutes Hotel für eine Trip nach Heidelberg
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Das die Heizung vom Gast nicht selbst geregelt werden kann ist schon etwas seltsam, da es nunmal unterschiedliche Temperaturempfindungen gibt.

Wie immer sehr schöne sehr saubere Zimmer, schickes Bad, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Fernbedienung vom Fernseher war ausgefallen. Frühstück lecker, umfangreiches Angebot, aber teuer.

Ein erholsamer Zwischenstopp

Die Sauberkeit war klasse. Sehr freundliche Beschäftigte. Sehr gutes parken. Tolles Frühstück. Herrliche Terrassen.

Cons:

Die Dusche bräuchte eine Trennwand, um nicht das Bad nass zu machen.
