It was very quiet, good after a long flight. Being right in the airport terminal made it very convenient. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were a bit small, but that's normal in Tokyo.

the room was amazing and the hotel personnel at check in were amazing. they upgraded us to a awesome room quickly. The room was comfortable and spacious. everything was excellent. We will be staying here again.

Pros:

Very convenient if you have a layover or arrive late. The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the airport arrivals terminal. I’m really impressed by the hotel’s toilets! 😂 They’re so high-tech. I love how the technology makes them hygienic while also being environmentally friendly.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was excellent.
