perfect location good bat room very compact but perfect for the night before an early flight

Cons:

Very hard to find signage it is down the far end of the departure level, please a bigger sign would have been great for a weary traveller!

Close to the departures- right there! Also very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. The room was very clean and had all amenities.

Cons:

Probably just provide black tea for us westerners in the room.

Perhaps the worst, most uncomfortable pillows I have ever encountered. They are stuffed with pebbles or something. They are terrible and none of us slept well.

I wish Heathrow had a hotel like this for this price inside the terminal.
Pros:

The location was absolutely brilliant. You are literally inside the terminal which meant you just walked about 300 metres to the check in counters. It was perfectly comfortable although the pillows were slightly weird.
The staff were most helpful with the self check in process which was a self check in.

Cons:

There was nothing negative about this hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay after a long day and a half of flying.
Pros:

Located at Terminal 3. Train station in basement to get to Tokyo. Nice restaurant. Helpful staff using electronic check in

Cons:

A little hard to find. Way at the back corner in the far left corner. Came up stairs from customs and immigration, asked Information staff. Just make sure you go all the way to windows at left and it is in the back corner.
