El jardín es muy bonito y lo cuidan mucho.
Las almohadas no eran cómodas y en nuestra habitación había mucho ruido de aves de las Ceibas del hotel, por lo que no dormimos tan bien.
Clean and presentable
Todo incre8ble y muy buena atención. La cama un poco dura pero todo lo demás perfecto.
Es la mejor opción sin duda de Cuautla, un gran hotel, cómodo y seguro. Alberca e instalaciones muy buenas. Personal muy amable y la comida muy sabrosa. El único problema es que no puedes pagar en la página de hoteles, tienes que pagar directamente en la recepción del hotel
Las cortinas que tienen son pésimas y entraba todo el sol antes de las 7 am, imposible poder volver a dormir. La cama muy dura, la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y al hacer el check out querían hacerme un cargo del restaurante del día sábado. La realidad es que yo estaba en un evento en ese horario y la persona encargada fue grosera.

La propiedad es como una hacienda, los baños son modernos , el personal muy amable.
Reservamos un tipo de habitación pero al llegar nos informaron que no estaba disponible, la situación nos generó molestia ya que habíamos pagado por algo. Aunque no nos pudieron reubicar porque el hotel estaba lleno, la atención y el interés por resolver la situación, fue bastante bueno y se agradece. nos hicieron una bonificación y realmente fue grata esa atención.
Nos hospedamos ahí ya que asistimos a un evento, así que no estuvimos realmente mucho tiempo en el hotel, sin embargo fue una agradable estancia. La habitación amplia, cómoda, iluminada y limpia. El baño también de buen tamaño y cómodo.
El personal del hotel y restaurante muy atento.
La habitación limpia, los jardines y la alberca muy cuidados, muy buena atención del personal, es un lugar tranquilo; mis hijos se la pasaron increíble en las canchas de básquet y en la alberca.
Muy buena experiencia, siempre recibimos la mejor atención y un excelente servicio.

The cleaness
Too expensive for the size of the room, the towels, etc.
The staff and the food options were a reason to return here. The ladies were so accommodating and anytime we asked for any food or drink they prepared it immediately and everything was delicious. Also, safety is a high priority here and 24/7 security person made us feel at ease. They arranged for transportation, vetted the taxi company and driver, made sure we got to and from any outing.
The place is a bit dated and I think the price is a bit high.
very nice people breakfast and dinner was so good! Also it’s very secured they take pictures of the taxis license plates. I really liked that.
there are a bunch of dogs barking at night but we didn’t mind.
