Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κ ασφαλής περιοχή. Η καθημερινή καθαριότητα, η ευγένεια κ το προσωπικό πρόθυμο σε κάθε μας ερώτηση.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο σε καθημερινή βάση, αλλά πεντανόστιμο κ φρέσκο!

To the respected Hotel Management,
I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome and excellent service we received during our stay at your hotel.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Mustafa, the elegant and charming staff member, who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He assisted us in securing a room despite our very early arrival, with a beautiful view, ensuring our comfort with great care and refinement.
I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed, responsible for handling luggage and assisting guests, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He even served us tea while we waited for our room to be ready, always attentive and smiling, leaving a wonderful first impression.
The rooms are not very large, but this is the standard size based on my repeated visits and stays at various hotels. Honestly, your hotel is among the best I have stayed at.
From my previous experiences, I find that most—but not all—hotels I stayed in had staff who were uncooperative and not friendly at all, which makes the level of service and hospitality at your hotel stand out. Moreover, most of the hotel staff I interacted with were genuinely friendly and helpful.
Yes, there are hotels that are more luxurious and grander, but they are extremely expensive. While your hotel’s price is somewhat high, it is not excessive. Considering the excellent location and the courteous treatment, it is truly worth it.
Breakfast was simple but good and suitable.
The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few steps (2–3 minutes) from Istiklal Street. There are many shops right below and around the hotel, making it easy to get water, snacks, or other necessities at any time, even late at night, as many shops remain open very late, if not 24/7. Restaurants are also plentiful nearby.
The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping and service teams were very friendly and cooperative.

Cons:

Break fast needs to have more varieties, price a little bit less

Pros:

The location is close but it is very noisy, the windows are not sound proof and at night you can hear so much noise from outside

Cons:

I would recommend smoke detectors because there was people smoking in the hotel and as someone with allergies it bothered when I was trying to sleep.

Pros:

The location was great! Staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious

Cons:

The hotel needs refurbishment. Very out of dated decoration. The poll was ok but the sauna and the rest didn’t work properly. It is obvious that they need maintenance. The breakfast had limited selection and average quality.

فندق جدا ممتاز وانصح بالاقامة فيه وبقوة العاملين جدا وددين وتعاملهم ممتاز والموقع ممتاز في قلب تقسيم والساحة تبعد اقل من 100 متر وحولك المطاعم والبقلات وحجزت من عندهم السفينة واختاروا لي سفينة في الليل مع العشاء والمشروبات
