Great staff and a nice facility, but the limited parking and bathroom issues made our stay less comfortable than expecte
Pros:

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was also nice and well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. We struggled to find an available parking space, as there did not seem to be enough parking to accommodate all of the guests. We also experienced a significant leak in the bathroom after every shower, which made our stay uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom vent was not working at all.

muy cómodo
Pros:

la ubicación y el precio son lo mejor del hotel ya que se encuentra en la zona hotelera cerca de todo, la piscina esta perfecta para que los niños se diviertan

Cons:

el estacionamiento, el hotel no tiene estacionamiento exclusivo y por lo tanto no hay donde dejar el carro, te puedes hospedar por los laterales del hotel pero no es seguro para el carro, aunque el hotel pone un guardia

Malo el desayuno ,la salsa de los chilaquiles , les faltó hacerlos con amor ...no se antojaba además por un evento que tuvieron antes de llegar , la alberca nunca terminaron de limpiarla y no pudimos disfrutarla mis hijas regresaron tristes
