Pros:

Elegimos este hotel por su ubicación .Nos gusto el desayuno, la privacidad , la alberca , amenidades y la amabilidad de su personal :)

Cons:

Hubiera superado mis expectativas si el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto hubiera estado disponible.

Pros:

Las áreas verdes, muy amplio con sillas, mesas y camastros. La piscina grande aunque con agua muy fría (pero para el calor de allí está bien). De noche está muy bien iluminado. La habitación cómoda, cama con varias almohadas. La ducha amplia y sale agua caliente. El desayuno bien. Personal muy amable. Me dejaron hacer check in casi 3 horas antes, muchas gracias.

Cons:

Las ventanas de las habitaciones a los pasillos no dan mucha privacidad. Y en el área de piscina por la tarde noche hay muchos mosquitos.

La calidad del jabón, shampoo, el papel sanitario como lija. Las toallas antiguas, gastadas y un tanto oscurecidas.

Bien el hospedaje
Pros:

Buen hotel, en su ubicación y la alberca limpia, su desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

La habitación con cosas sueltas, sobre todo en el baño. Se que acaban de abrir pero no pueden entregar una habitación incompleta.

Pros:

Rooms are clean and confortable

Cons:

Room ac was not cooling, internet was not working properly, no hot water to take a shower speacilly for the kids, and at night after 10 pm there were dogs in the pool area barking and we were unable to sleep, rest to continue with our travel. Also the room i had book was not available, for disibility room, this is the second time i had stay there for traveling, first time i was given a dirty room and had to return to ask for another one.

Great staff and a nice facility, but the limited parking and bathroom issues made our stay less comfortable than expecte
Pros:

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was also nice and well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. We struggled to find an available parking space, as there did not seem to be enough parking to accommodate all of the guests. We also experienced a significant leak in the bathroom after every shower, which made our stay uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom vent was not working at all.
