Room was clean, bright and quiet. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with attentive staff. Convenient location for a walking exploration of downtown. Would recommend and will book again.
The hotel in a great location because it is close to DT where there are a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs. The property is a bit outdated in terms of facilities, decor and style.
The cleaning personnel was very kind and accommodating.
It is right next to Las Pulgas, so on the weekends if you have a room on that side of the building forget about being able to sleep. Music from the club is loud and can be clearly heard inside the room and on Saturday night the windows were shaking from how loud it was. We had to leave at 4am because it was impossible to sleep.
The jacuzzi in the room was not great and when we activated the jets a horrible smell came out, like sewage. Probably it hasn’t been used in a while and we decided not to use it, although it was the reason why I booked the room in the first place.
The personnel at the lobby didn’t look very accommodating and every request felt like they were annoyed by it, which is not great.

Buffet was very unpleasant low low quality food no variety very little choice for the price we paid should have better options poor presentation lack of commitment kitchen cook ,, hotel advertisement claims the are top of hotels 4 or 5 stars but forgot to work on the breakfast buffet need to improve

The hotel was fairly clean.
The staff at reception was very rude. They would not allow two of my guest to visit me in my room even though my guest were just stopping by and not intending to spend the night. Other people were allowed guest.
Ticuan hotel is my favorite. I like everything about it the food the restaurant the employee everybody is excellent keep up the good job.
