The Sapphire Comfort Hotel

Terrible experience, this hotel room doesn’t even worth Rs 500 per night. Bed sheets and towels are almost turned black and they still insist to use those. Food is okay waste ( we had food outside even though it was part of the hotel booking).

Overall DO NOT BOOK this hotel , instead select to stay at Bus stand.

Good overall...needs improvement as far as maintenance is concerned. Restaurant should have more options on the Menu. Best welcome and attention received from the receptionist. Good place but can be better. Close to the Bus and Taxi Stand and Railway Station which makes travel easy.

Could not check in as the hotel claimed they had not received any booking or advance payment. Moreover, they said they have no contract with you and have not had any dealings with you.

Staff was very much concerned, caring and helpful... 24/7 on toes to serve ...
Overall good experience

Hotel zit aan een drukke weg met een busstation aan de overkant. Je schrikt even ervan, maar het gemak van vervoer maakt alles goed. Het hotel is rustig van binnen en schoon. Kamer/bed was comfortabel met waterkoker/koffie/thee en zithoek met elke dag 2 liter flessen water. ruime badkamer. Kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel was zo erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de general manager was zo oplettend dat wij niets tekort kwamen en hielp ons met al onze vragen en wensen. Het was erg fijn om hier te verblijven. Het ontbijt was een genot, de koffie en thee waren heerlijk. Ook de mensen uit het restaurant waren super. Kom ik een volgend keer in Goa dan blijf ik zeker hier.

Location good but room facilities are average
Bathroom fitting are old and loose and beddings are horrible. Food is good but too expensive when compared to kerala standard.
Parking is inadequate and in-charge people are useless and insensitive

we booked and paid for this hotel and on arrival we were refused our booking. not good enough. the hotel is responsible for keeping its online portal up to date. no excuses. useless. don't go there. the staff are pretty useless as well, had no answers, and no manager.....they should be removed from the website.

Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious and the ambiance was great. I stayed there with my wife only for a day and we enjoyed the comfort. There is live music at the time of dinner, which is simply superb.

The hotel is nice and comfortable for stay...Its near to the bus stand and Colva beach is also not far away....A gud budget hotel to stay...
