Foi aniversário do meu filho, e eles fizeram um bolo maravilhoso, a recepção bem educada, os funcionários bem prestativos.

Tour Ilhas Paradisíacas
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Estação Santa Luzia onde podemos pegar uma embarcação e realizar passeios às praias da Ilha da Gipoia, agência Angra Way Travel e Tours com passeios de lancha de nome Ilhas Paradisíacas.

Cons:

Não há muitos locais para estacionar e poucas atrações na cidade o forte são os passeios de barco.

Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, e a disposição do quarto também.

Cons:

Precisa ser feita manutenção urgente na mureta de pedra do box, a cada banho que tomávamos vazava água para fora do box e saía sujeira que estava acumulada ali embaixo.

Pros:

Quartos confortáveis, limpeza muito boa, wi-fi muito bom. Funcionários educados e muito gentis. Estacionamento no local.

Cons:

Minha experiência foi muito boa, Não passei por nada que entendesse que necessitava melhorar.

Excelente hotel!
Pros:

Viene incluido un Day pass para una isla paradisiaca, es hermosa. Hay que pagar 75 reales que serán descontados del consumo del restaurante. Es un poco caro pero accesible y más porque ya viene incluido el paseo y el trayecto tanto en camioneta como en barco. Y ya de ante mano re muestran la carta. No hay sorpresas
Ubicación, desayuno, piscina y personal excelente. Sin dudas volvería y lo super recomiendo!!!

Pros:

La atención del personal, la limpieza y las personas del restaurant muy atentas y todo el tiempo acomodando y limpiando

Cons:

El gymnasio tiene dos mancuernas, le faltan las agarraderas para poder dejar fijos los discos, la caminadora es vieja obsoleta, el elíptico no funciona y la bici tampoco todo obsoleto.

Pois a praia exclusiva mencionada tem somente 1 horario para levar e um horario para retorno, nao compensando o custo.

Habia un murcielago en recepción. Instalaciones tremendas. Limpieza 0. No nos quedamos a dormir y nunca recibimos ningún reembolso ni respuesta por su parte.
