Agradable, recomendable, aunque el precio
Pros:

camas muy bien. Equipamiento de habitacion muy bien (excepto los TV). Ubicacion del hotel, bien. Entorno, muy bien. Desayuno y cena, bien.

Cons:

La habitacion es muy agradable, aunque tiene un mal diseño: la cama de dos plazas está en medio de la habitacion encerrda por paredes de vidrio esmerilado, sin ventanas al exterior, en cambio hay un segundo espacio con dos camas de una plaza con ventana al exterior y balcon. Deben invertir los dormitorios (en gral para viajes en pareja). Los TV no son smart y no pueden conectarse a las app mas populares (Netflix, youtube, etc). No es un hotel 4 estrellas, es un buen hotel 3 estrellas. La piscina no es lo que parece.

Personnel de l'hôtel

Cons:

Booking doit absolument revoir ces critères pour l'attribution des étoiles de certains établissements.
Et arrêter de retoucher les photos des endroits qu'ils mettent sur leurs sites.
Ça devient pénible..limite mensonger !!

Grupo de amigos, ficamos em dois quartos quádruplo.
Gostamos de tudo. Hotel muito limpo, atendentes maravilhosos!
Quarto em estilo flat, com geladeira super espaçosos!
Café da manhã excelente e ainda possui restaurante com serviço self-service, 80,00 p/pessoa, comida maravilhosa!
Angra tem serviço de uber e pagamos 12,00 reais para chegar até o Cais de Santa Luzia, o de pegamos o barco para passeio.
Amamos nossa estadia!

cat fished- hotel looks nothing lime photos. hotel was in a terrible location - middle of nowhere and not easily accessible / safe or anywhere near beach. rooms were old dirty and tired. cost more then advertised.
