Personeel erg vriendelijk.
Wij hadden een lekkage in de douche en razendsnel kwam er iemand kijken. Helaas moesten we verhuizen en de nieuwe kamer was iets minder qua ligging. Maar hotel is zeker aan te raden. De trip naar het eilandje dat het hotel gratis verzorgt (verplichting van consumptie van 75 Reais pp bij de strandtent) was echt top!

Boa estadia!
Pros:

Localização central, boa ducha, boa cama, travesseiros excelentes. Tem várias opções de passeio. Jantar muito gostoso mas o preço é alto pelo o que oferece. Bom espaço na varanda, dá para secar roupas.

Cons:

A logística de portas do banheiro suíte que já é bem pequeno e é também o banheiro social, uma bate na outra. Não tem toca de cabelo. Senti de falta de água no café da manhã.

Fiquei esperando mais de meia hora na recepção. Solicitei NF e ainda não recebi. Os cobertores estavam fedidos. O quarto é bom, as camas boas e o café da manhã e janta muito bons.

Pros:

O hotel é a referência em Angra dos Reis de custo benefício. É confortável, bem localizado, preço justo. Café da manhã bem servido e ótima infraestrutura.

Cons:

A academia é um tanto precária, basicamente tem biciletas e esteira. O estacionamento é um pouco limitado e precisa do manobrista para tirar e colocar o carro.

Quelques fruits au petit déjeuner

Cons:

L'hôtel est extrêmement délabré, les équipements sont vieux, en très mauvais état
La chambre est assez vétusté, la douche est salé et très mal entretenue
La chambre est découpée en deux avce le lit double dans une sorte de bloc enfermé
Le balcon a un vis à vis exceptionnel sur le grillage de l'immeuble d'en face (extrêmement proche)
Le personnel est désagréable:
- en arrivant personne ne nous a aidé avce la valise alors que nous étions chargés avce notre fils de 4 ans, ils nous ont simplement regardé monter l'escalier qui mène à l'accueil avce difficultés
- le ménage est très sommaire, les lits ne sont même pas faits, ils déposent simplement le draps dessus et débrouillez vous
- au petit déjeuner lorsque j'ai poliment demandé aux dames du personnel une serviette ou un mouchoir, je me suis exprimé en anglais puisque je ne parle malheureusement pa très bien portugais, et au lieu de m'aider elles ont préféré se moquer en répétant dans un anglais cassé ce que je disais à leur collègue derrière
- le quartier est horrible, pas Sécurisant du tout, surtout avec des enfants - angra beach hotel, il n'y a aucune plage à proximité et l'hôtel est plutôt au milieu d'une cité

En bref séjour désastre dans cet hôtel. Je ne comprends même pas comment il peut avoir 4 étoiles, il n'en mérite même pas 1 !

Tour Ilhas Paradisíacas
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Estação Santa Luzia onde podemos pegar uma embarcação e realizar passeios às praias da Ilha da Gipoia, agência Angra Way Travel e Tours com passeios de lancha de nome Ilhas Paradisíacas.

Cons:

Não há muitos locais para estacionar e poucas atrações na cidade o forte são os passeios de barco.

Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, e a disposição do quarto também.

Cons:

Precisa ser feita manutenção urgente na mureta de pedra do box, a cada banho que tomávamos vazava água para fora do box e saía sujeira que estava acumulada ali embaixo.
