Zum nächsten Gig in der Börse, werde ich wieder einchecken.
Pros:

Es war eine sehr ruhige Lage , nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Centrum weg.
Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber , es war alles ausreichend.
Auch zum Konzertlocation " Börse " war es nicht weit.
Vielen Dank und ich werde wiederkommen.

Cons:

Naja wenn man Gicht hat, es gab nur Schweinewurst, da ist die Auswahl nicht sehr groß.
Außerdem ist kaum kulturell was in Coswig im Angebot.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Bei Anreise waren beide Zimmer kalt, trotz der Heizung die auf 21 Grad voreingestellt war. Das liegt an den undichten Fenstern und der fehlenden Isolierung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort vom Nebenzimmer und das Getrampel vom Obergeschoss und den Gästen, die die Feuertreppe als Rennstrecke benutzen. Nach dem Duschen bzw Baden standen beide Bäder unter Wasser. Die Bar war 20 Uhr geschlossen, da die Angestellte Feierabend machen wollte. Check out ist bis 12 Uhr aber wir wurden 9:30 Uhr vom Reinigungspersonal unsanft aus den Zimmern befördert, mit der Begründung, daß sie jetzt reinigen müsse.
Auf unsere Beschwerdemail an das Hotel wurde nicht reagiert. Erst über Booking kam eine Antwort vom Hotel mit dem Inhalt, dass dies alles nicht zutreffe und bot uns eine Ermäßigung von 50% an, allerdings nur für ein Zimmer und unter der Bedingung, dass es im Gegenzug keine schlechte Bewertung von uns gibt. Das zweite Zimmer wurde völlig ignoriert. Auch auf unsere erneute Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel gab es keine Reaktion.
Wir haben jetzt lange genug gewartet, in der Hoffnung, dass es zu einer Einigung kommt. Dem Hotelmanagement scheint es egal zu sein, ob sich die zahlenden Gäste wohl fühlen.
