Clean and comfortable at a great price!
Pros:

Room was sparkling clean. King bed was firm and clearly a fairly new mattress. Large desk and office chair. Microwave and mini fridge was a big plus. The TV had all the channels that you could want.

Cons:

The soda machine in the main lobby was out of order and clearly from the age of the sign on it, it had been for quite a while. I guess the noise of diesel trucks firing up at 5 AM for working people was to be expected.

Could have had coffee!!!!! But there is a Casey's within walking distance so coffee can be bought there 🙃

It was alright. But next time I will just have to pay for 2beds

Towels thin and had holes! Wash cloth was stained. Room very small.

Great for an overnight stay, maybe two.
Pros:

Would recommend! While it didn't look like anything special from the outside, it seems all of the rooms have recently been renovated with new furniture installed. It's close to a gas station and only a couple of miles outside Henryetta.

Cons:

The breakfast was significantly lacking, small packs of donuts, cereal and coffee, but it's not surprising considering this is a Mom&Pop operation. No free toiletries (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, etc.) either, but again not surprising.
