I have allergies and the hallway served as it was a bit moldy and dusty. The carpet was dirty.

The property is pretty run down already, not worth for the price paying for it. The only plus point is near a train station.

I’m staying this hotel since it’s opening. I chose this hotel because the location is very convenient to public transport as well as own transport . The free parking to hotel client add more comfortable to us in a busy and expensive parking rate in city. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room really very spacious, very clean and very comfortable gives us sleep as like home. Currently I’m staying almost 3 months continuously , its really gives more pleasure stay as the staffs hospitality made our retreat more enjoyable

Jessy and Noor at the reception gave a warm welcome and arranged my check in promptly. Excellent service. Will come again.

Silka is located right by the MRT and a shopping mall while being close to a street full of Chinese restaurants. The rooms are old, but have character and great value for money. The staff are great. I was served by Noor - she is a very helpful and cheerful receptionist.

Lists pictures of a bustling attached mall, but it is an abandoned mall with one shop for used furniture. The restaurant is not appealing and a nearby bar and grill was filled with sketchy types. The carpet had multiple holes and burn marks.

Need more security

I had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel's iftar buffet yesterday with my family of six. Despite arriving early, we were given a table at the entrance next to the lobby, which was extremely noisy due to the presence of many loud Chinese tourists. The smell of smoke was also very disturbing. Despite there being empty tables inside, the staff refused to transfer us. The food was not up to the mark either, with many dishes being either too salty or too sweet. Overall, I would not recommend this place for iftar, as the price paid is not worth the quality of food and service provided.

It’s look like an old hotel but it’s a very clean hotel room and surrounding. Good service and staff as well. Food is superb and thanks to Ms Caemen always attentive to us. We definitely will come here again. C u again Caemen and team..

the cleanliness of the hotel really need to improve. the pillows, pillow cases are molded and smelly. the toilet bowl are stained.

There is no hot water in the bath room (Maybe the water heater is malfunctioning)

Also, there is no towels when I checked in the room, have requested from the staff for few times, and it was delivered after an hour

Thus, do not have any restaurant beside the mall, have to drive out or delivery for food

worth for price for stay. But no any restaurent in the mall beside old town. Very less option for customer to dine in. Need to go out or order online delivery.
