Piscine fermée, le management m’a proposé une compensation financière mais l’accompte versé à l’arrivée ne m’a pas été remboursé plus de 48 heures après le Check out, je dois maintenant recontacter l’hôtel après mon départ et me lancer dans des problèmes de facturation car j’ai été prélevée de plus de 1500€ du prix du séjour

Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I dont feel that the breakfast was value for money. My husband and I both ordered a full English breakfast which was cold. We saw it sitting on the side for a few minutes before it was brought to our table, enough time for it to go cold. The cold buffet was nice but the hot food quality was poor.

desapointing on some issues as the bathroom itech mirror was not working, no radio.....no biscuits to have with a cup of coffee or tea as most of over hotels or even cheaper hotel will have them ,the only option was to use the mini expensive bar ,we could hear noises from next door rooms, voices & TV and finally after 3 days of check out no cancellation of the £600 deposit

More than just a great view
Pros:

It’s all about the view! That is amazing. But there’s so much more. Great service, fantastic rooms and bathrooms and the pool and sauna really topped it off.

Pros:

Great hotel. We stayed in a Premier Shard King room. It’s a corner room with 270 views.
Very spacious, en-suite with Shower and bath.
Close to London Bridge within walking distance to Tube/trains.
Gong bar 52 floor- pricey for cocktails and snacks. £22 cocktails, £35 for glass of champagne.
We took breakfast included at Ting restaurant- buffet and few menu items.
Staff very attentive.
