most things....the view is epic..rooms are great and staff supper helpful
you should do staggered checkins so you coulds checkin at say 11.00 am but would then need checkout at 10-11 the next day..that way you wouldnt have half the hotel wouldnt be leaving at the same time and you could have more generous checkin. i think checkin at 4pm and checkout at 12 is really poor..

Extremely nice view and spacious room. Food is mediocre except for the breakfast . The pool is not very clean and has only few hours when children ( under 16) are allowed

Views are great. Location is great. That’s about it.
To be honest our stay was just average. The room and views were amazing but some of the windows were not just dirty they were filthy. We booked a window experience in Gong, the space we were crammed into was tiny, for £250 I would have expected more and much better service, we asked multiple times for sparkling water that never arrived, glasses not topped up, dishes not cleared away, a very average experience, later that evening I asked if they or another bar would be showing the England quarterfinal and I was laughed at and told “this is a five star hotel of course not” I was well aware it’s a five star hotel that’s why I booked it! The staff member was rude and condescending. Breakfast was also poor, a limited selection that you’d find in any decent 4 star hotel. The room and the views are 5 star but everything is really isn’t.

We went to the Shard for a room with a view. Unfortunately the view from our room was obscured by mucky windows.
