I love this place it’s a mini home away from home. I try to book here when I need to be in Jville.

Cons:

This particular time the room had a strange smell. It wasn’t exactly a smell like it was dirty but not like a cleaning product. It was messing with me and my allergies.

Not a Happy Guest
Pros:

Received a call from a Staybridge staff member a few days before my stay wanting to upgrade me to a two queen bed suite. Told her I had to have a Handicapped room because I had just had a knee replacement. Was told I would be in room 100 on the first floor since I'm having trouble with steps. At check in I'm given room 300 on the 3rd floor. Mumbnuts kidd working the front desk doesn't have a clue and can't tell me why I didn't get room 100.

Cons:

I left early, but my daughter stayed to sleep a little longer and left a few hours later. I couldn't reach her on her phone so I called the front desk to ring the room. They refused to ring the room even though it was my reservation.
