The agent checking us in was very nice.
The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Run down, lack of reasonable parking, not ADA friendly. Also can't forget the extent of loud construction going on that could wake the dead. Nope never again. Stay away.
We were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and refresh towels each day. I'm sure this is something we could have requested, but a housekeeping visit or two during a three night stay would be welcomed.
Will not stay again
The hot breakfast buffet was delightful with real sausage and eggs, biscuits, fruit, and unlimited coffee. The staff was very nice, helpful, and polite. How often are the beds and towels changed? The next day, I learned the hard way by returning to our room to find it untouched by housekeeping with the same dirty damp towels on the bathroom floor and the beds unmade, etc. It had been a very long day, and all I wanted was to get into a nice clean bed and go to sleep. Instead, I went back downstairs to request towels. The desk clerk explained to me that the default was not to provide any fresh linen or housekeeping unless it was specifically requested. I had never heard of such a thing and said so, but he explained the rationale, which I understood to be that guests did not want housekeeping to come in when they were in the room. Isn't the standard way of preventing that in most hotels to simply give customers a do not disturb sign to hang on the doorknob? Then, it dawned on me later that when I had arrived the night before the receptionist asked me if I wanted room service, which of course, means to order food to be brought to one's room. I said, "No." Receptionist #2 said the term meant any service given at all, like providing fresh towels. I suggested to the 2nd receptionist that they use the common definition. He thanked me, saying it was a good idea. I think it's a cost-saving tactic that may backfire when customers don't return. Otherwise, everything was great!
Clean, comfortable, and modern.
Great stay!
This hotel was in a great location. Its a short drive to the stadium. Very clean and the staff was excellent. They even had orange & white cupcakes for game day to give to their guest.

The shower was great. The bed was decent and comfortable large enough for my husband and I and our three year-old toddler to have more than enough space to sleep. The room was quite large and wonderful for our son to run around and play.
