Staff was great and the room was as expected and loved the pool area also
Nothing bad to say everything was great
Great location for us during our stay in Durham. Plenty of free parking. Easy check in process. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of delicious choices. The room was nice and spacious.
Our room was at the front of the building and there was a bench outside for people to sit. The noise got rather loud during the night time. I wish the lights were brighter inside the room and the pool wasn’t closed for cleaning in the morning. The refrigerator had a terrible odor but luckily we had a cooler. We should have told the front desk that first night instead of when we checked out. I’m sure they would have corrected the problem right away.
The staff at this hotel was very welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! I plan to stay here again in the very near future.

Hotel needs a hot tub by pool
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Because I had the breakfast at the Hyatt. In Charlotte, North Carolina, which was excellent, a one, and this one did not stand up. I give the breakfast AC.
Courteous staff, friendly and helpful
My only complaint was the availability of the elevator during breakfast, housing keeping had carts and limited the available space in the elevator I was in a wheelchair and had to wait awhile

The sheets are NOT very soft nor the towels and the detergent used gave me a contact/allergic reaction.
Great customer service and overall good stay. Be prepared to get breakfast somewhere else it was nasty. The eggs were too fake the waffles were good but that's all. I would only come back because of the customer service.
The only issue I had was there were no USB outlets. Other than that everything else was perfect 👌 👍
