Pros:

Room was very clean.

Cons:

Staff overcharged me and did not honor bookings.com price. Staff could not be located at checkout. Room was loud with traffic noise and the bed was hard as a rock.

Wanted to charge me 40.00 to check in a few minutes early. Also did not pre-disclose parking fee. The water was shut off
2 days in a row. This IHG hotel is beginning to appear run down.

Satisfactory.
Pros:

Specious room with good air conditioner. Clean linen, 2 TV sets, elevators, fitness room, swimming pool, secure overnight parking easy check in and out.

Cons:

No heated pool. No enough ventilation in bathroom. Hotel stuff on front desk were not that friendly .

Booked a last minute stay. I don’t feel it was worthwhile.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The bathroom door would not properly close. It was very frustrating trying to shower or use the bathroom. Also, there was what appeared to be feces smeared on the doorframe. We also heard gunshots late at night that woke us up.
