Very nice stay with family of 5 (1 room, 2 nights). Friendly staff (i would recommend especially a lady - i, can't remember her name- who advised us for visits,activities, ...). Location is fine, not far away from the beach and the harbour (the island is not that big anyway)

Gaby was an excellent host. With information, items, tool, anything I asked for or needed to know, she had an answer with a smile and efectiveness. I couldn't feel better treated. The place was up to all my expectations.

Me gustó el hotel es céntrico, habitaciones limpias y confortables con aire acondicionado lo único que me desagradó un poco es que sale poco agua pero en general muy recomendable

The stay was OK. Internet did not work properly, like the rest of the island I guess. The shower had no water pressure. What was the most frustrating is the direction to get there on Expedia, they are completely wrong. The hotel is bot located where shown on the map.

Excelente la atención del personal. Buena ubicación para desplazarte a la playa, al centro y al embarcadero. Deseable que cuente con desayuno.

Sauber und ansprechend, gemütliches Hotel mit einen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Pfefeerminzbonbons und kostenlosem Wasser im Zimmer, Kühlschrank, Hängematten im Garten, das ganze zu sehr angemessenem Preis.

Très agréablement surpris, la chambre étaient superbe avec frigo, écran plat neuf et climatisation toute neuve. Seul bémol le wifi mais c'est compliqué sur toute l'île!
La pression de l'eau était nickel, et pendant 4 jours, on a eu de l'eau chaude tout le temps.
Emplacement pratique, 3 minutes de la plage et 5 mn du centre ville! Donc au calme.
Le personnel est au petit soin, avec un service de nettoyage au top.
Ils ont même appelé un taxi pour nois lors de notre départ.

Merci pour tout... Mes filles de 4 et 6 ans étaient ravies.

Je reviendrais sans hésiter !!

Lovely place for the cost. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely come here again!!

Stayed for 5 nights in February. We like small, affordable places that are far enough from the action to be quiet but close enough to be within an easy walk of beach and restaurants. This location was perfect. Room was a good size with table and chairs, fridge and extra sink. Pleasant outside areas for relaxing as well. Only problem was that the floor always seemed a bit gritty from sand, even after cleaning. But, Holbox is a spot built on sand, so this was a minor concern. Holbox is friendly, very safe, and delightful. I hope the major developers can be kept out so that its charm and ecology can stay intact.

Great service! We arrived a little early for our check in, so they let us keep our luggage in the lobby while we went out to eat until it was time for the check in.

Great walking distance to the downtown area and beach.

was nice, it is up against the jungle, which is beautiful, but also has way more mosquitos than center of town and often we spent time standing in lobby waiting with the friendly bugs...they could try and put some extra fans around the desk so the people waiting aren't just eaten up...i realize this is only about the lobby and only during the bug/rainy season that i was there...the rest was fantastic !

Would not stay here again. Out of the way location. Dark area at night to walk in. No nearby restaurants.
