Merkezi konumda, Marina bay ve garden bay yürüme mesafesinde, temiz , güzel bir yer tavsiye ederim. Görevliler Mary shannen ve Jamie bize hep yardımcı oldu. Bütün sorularımızı hızlı bir şekilde cevapladılar.
Maalesef biraz küçük , fiyatına göre oda büyüklüğü beklentimin altında kaldı.
Great location. Very responsive staff. We didn’t meet them but they responded to messages very quickly. Great we could store our bags after check-out.
Double bed was right against the wall on three sides so needed to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. A bit annoying.

Great location, clean rooms, and free laundry. We absolutely loved our stay, it is very clean and centrally located. An easy walk to Marina Bay and to Chinatown. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport. The premises are monitored by 24/7 virtual staff and they are absolutely amazing. They made sure we had all the information prior to our arrival, were very responsive and are always available to help. Thank you so much to the amazing team Mary, Shannen, Mitch and Jamie! You all made our stay wonderful

The washing machine is so noisy

The room is small but exceptional. It is clean, organized, and what I needed. They have a 4- 5 ft refrigerator. The staff Mitch or Mary is responsive during my check-in.

Clean and tidy - it’s my first time using self check-in but I didn’t feel lost or worried.
When I needed to extend by one night, Mary, Shannon and Mitch were really helpful and kind. Mary prioritized the room and even helped me move my bags!
Placement of the lighting was sometimes hard on the eyes. The sound of the city nearby was pleasant for me but it may not be the same for all.

The ambassadors were amazing as it is a mobile check in hotel, they were available 24*7 through WhatsApp, from before check in to check out.
I was assisted by Mitch and Shannen; extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind assistants. We even faced a little false alarm and they took action on it quickly with their offline ambassador Mary, who helped me out with the check-in and requests for extra utensils also. (Hope you guys get to interact with them if book here)

A good location with the choice of Clarke Quay, City Hall and Raffles Place MRT stations a short walk away.
The bed position made for the height to be just right.
The recess between the double glazed window could be a little more cleaner.
The price is a bit high. Unless it was a case of high demand given that it is summer.
Very central location and super friendly and helpful staff. The price was reasonable considering the location and Singapore.
My room was right next to the entrance of the building, and it was extremely noisy. Every time someone entered the building, it sounded like they were about to walk straight into my room. You can really hear everything. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but in my case, it was quite difficult to sleep because of the noise.
The check-in process through the app was a bit complicated, but it worked well in the end.
The location was absolutely perfect for my visit to Singapore. Mary was always at hand to assist with any inquiry I had. Great team at this hotel!
