Ubicación ideal para conocer Singapur.
Pros:

Hicimos una gran elección quedándonos en este hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca a varias estaciones de metro, muchos restaurantes y mercados, se puede caminar y montar en bici también.

El hotel es muy sencillo pero es limpio y silencioso, es perfecto para estar fuera conociendo la ciudad y luego volver a descansar.

El staff fue muy agradable y estuvieron en contacto con nosotros para conocer cómo iba nuestra experiencia.

La lavandería es muy útil y te dan el jabón para usar la lavadora. Tienen varias lavadoras y secadoras en los diferentes pisos.

Muy recomendado.

Great,convenient.
Pros:

The room digital concierge, Divina and Rome, were so sweet and attentive. Whenever we had any questions, they always resolved them right away. Having their support gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay!

Excellent place to stay, near the most beautiful part of Singapore
Pros:

The rooms I booked were small but super cosy. Everything we needed andore was provided. The communication with the staff was excellent. We arrived a bit earlier and Mary Shannen and Jamie organized everything so we could get to our rooms as soon as we arrived. They also helped us with the registration app and thanks to their guidelines about the transportation from the airport we saved some money as well.

Excellent. Your staff more than made up for my difficulty with wifi connection
Pros:

Your staff were all exceptional in providing me with all that I needed and were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend your hotel but the staff were an asset to your company

Pros:

I was lucky cause i had the room with super very easy access to the street, a lot of privacy and of course the service from Mary (we met in person), Shannen and Jamie was exceptional and immediate.!

Cons:

All this electronic check in is a bit frustrated cause sometimes (like happened to me) my mobile is not compatible with the system of the hotels. In this case i was super happy that the live personnel respond quickly and the presence of Mary was super helpful and made our stay comfortable and less stressful.

Pros:

The check-in process is quick and smooth, even without a front desk. I was helped immediately and was even granted early check-in ! Location is prime and the room serves my needs just well.

Gemütlich nur zwischendurch ein bisschen wenig Geduld von den Concierges.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Man konnte einfach in 40 minuten bsp bei den Garden by the Bay sein und war allgemein gut erreichbar. Auch vom Flughafen aus musste man zwar 1h mit dem Zug fahren aber nur ein mal umsteigen und dann 10 Minuten zum Hotel laufen.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit Safe, TV und Kühlschrank. Es wurden sachen wie Seife, Waschpulver, Shampoo etc zur Verfügung gestellt. Es hatte auch eine Klimaanlage, die man einfach selbst bedienen konnte. Dadurch dass es alles übers Handy läuft, konnte man einfach einchecken und kommen und gehen wann man wollte. Als ich angekommen bin, war Mary gerade da und hat mir noch geholfen und alles nochmals kurz erklärt und danach konnte ich in Ruhe einrichten. Check out war bis 11 Uhr und man kann das Gepäck dort lassen. Bei fragen kann man immer auf whatsapp schreiben und Jamie hat gut geholfen.

Cons:

Leider konnte man bei mir die Duschtüre nicht ganz schliessen, und ich musste ein Tuch auf den Boden legen, damit nicht alles nass wurde. Auch funktionierte meine Handseife nicht und ich habe einfach die Geschirr seife verwendet um Hände zu waschen.
Was ich ein bisschen schade fand, war als ich mein Gepäck dort gelassen habe und es abholen wollte, war niemand da um mir zu zeigen wo es war. Ich musste über das Tablet im Gang anrufen und sie hat es mir erklärt was auch in Ordnung ist. Jedoch fand ich es ein bisschen unhöflich, wie sie mit mir geredet hat, als ich es nicht sofort verstanden habe. Sie hat zwar versucht zu helfen, aber es war so ein Ton in der Stimme, der mich da stehen liess, als wäre ich dumm und das habe ich ein bisschen schade gefunden. Es ist ja tagsüber sowieso jemand im Haus, also wäre es vielleicht einfacher für alle, wenn jemand kurz zeigt wo das Gepäck verstaut ist. Ich fand es schade für den Abschluss, da der Rest eigentlich gut war. Aber es könnte definitiv schlimmer sein und das ist kein Grund, nicht dort hinzugehen. Einfach für die Crew, vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Geduld mit den Gästen, damit man sich von Anfang bis schluss wohl fühlen kann.
