Great location, great staff.

Camera molto pulita, confortevole e dotata di frigorifero, bollitore e microonde. Check in e check out autonomi, ma facili seguendo le indicazioni. Assistenza sempre attiva per qualche richiesta o emergenza. Assolutamente consigliato! Shannen, Mary and Jamie sono state eccezionali!

Good value for money. Would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and offers excellent connections to many bus and metro stations. Although there is no reception in place the check in is flawless but you need to download and use hotel app to get inside and open your room. Shannen, Mary and Jamie were always available on WhatsApp to help with check in, luggage storage or other requests. Room was small but comfy with small kitchen, AC and TV and there was access to washing machines and dryers for the laundry service.

Cons:

You need internet access and don't forget to keep your phone working. To checkin you need to install hotel app on your phone. Then you have to scan your phone multiple times to get to your room.

位置非常好 环绕着周围的好几个打卡点几乎走着就可以到达想去的地方 克拉码头周边风景也特别好 性价比高 服务不错

有些听不懂他们说的话 不是中文服务 不过还好 他们都及时解决问题了 好评
