Pros:

Edmar, Jean and Shannen made sure that we had an excellent stay! They went out of their way to enhance our well-being. The locations was perfect, and we were able to reach the most important things by foot.

Cons:

Procedura check in jest skomplikowana. Otwieranie drzwi również. Miało być to ułatwienie, a było uciążliwością. Pierwszego wieczoru okazało się, że prysznic przecieka na korytarz. Następnego dnia obsługa zamalowała ścianę na której widoczne były zacieki. W prysznicu są ślady czarnej pleśni. Firanki były zakurzone. Nie podoba mi się również to, że obsługa wskazuje, że mają politykę nie-elastyczną i nie wychodzą naprzeciw oczekiwaniom gościa, ale potem wysyłają wielokrotnie z różnych numerów na WhatsApp wiadomości i ponaglenia żeby wystawić im najlepsze oceny. Nie wyrażałam zgody na kontakt poza pobytem i przekazywanie mojego numeru kilku osobom.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money for somewhere like Singapore. Staff contact via WhatsApp was top notch, even when I locked myself out of the hotel by leaving phone in room! Thank you Edmar, Shannen and Kisha!

Cons:

No facilities at CQ branch, but it does say that in advance so couldn’t expect anything more and room on ground floor was a little noisy with people coming and going in the morning / evening!

A hidden gem
Pros:

Very clean. Good location. 5 minutes walk to MRT station. Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. Reasonable room rates.
We had a late night flight and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
A big thank you to Shannen, Jean and Edmar for being so responsive and helpful with my queries

Comfy stay in a great location
Pros:

Un petit studio bien situé dans Singapour. J’étais un peu inquiet de la procédure de checkin, comme j’arrivais tard à mon premier soir, mais les instructions et le support avec WhatsApp ont grandement facilité les choses. Le système directement intégré à mon iPhone a bien fonctionné. J’ai apprécié mon séjour.

Pros:

The place was really nice for the price. What blew me away was the level of support Edmar, Shannen and Jean provided to us before and during our stay.
