Very close to the alternative ADO bus station and easy to get to from the Cozumel ferry. Rooms were bright and clean, and the pool was warm and clean.

Great value hotel in Playa Del Carmen
Pros:

This is a great value, comfortable hotel right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The hotel is in a nice, safe, quiet area a couple of blocks from the main street. There are several good value local eateries nearby, and the whole area is very relaxed compared to the main street.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody who likes a good value, clean hotel, with great staff.

Pros:

Minden közel volt, jó választás volt a városközpontban lakni, 10-15perc kényelmes séta a tengerpart.

Cons:

Az első emeleti szobák víznyomása rendkívül gyenge (wc), a földszintieké kiváló.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile.
La stanza era pulita e la piscina carina.

Cons:

Uno dei due letti della camera era molto scomodo, perché evidentemente le molle avevano ceduto e pendeva da un lato.
La doccia era piena di calcare e l'acqua usciva schizzando ovunque.
Mancava totalmente la carta igienica
Gli asciugamani erano puliti ma molto vecchi, e alcuni bucati.

De kamer was zeer ruim. De man aan de balie was heel behulpzaam en heeft regelmatig een babbeltje met ons gedaan.

Ruime kamer met leuk terras. Goeie ligging tov winkelstraat en gezellig plein. Er zijn een 7 tal parkingplaatsen van het hotel. Zoniet is er de parking van Wallmarkt op 5’ wandelen.

Cons:

Nooit warm water gehad in de douche, altijd lauw. Zowel ‘s morgens als ‘s avonds, spijtig.
