Pros:

Great internet. The buffet breakfast had everything. I couldnt think of any food they did not have.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great staff, amazing breakfast.
It is a little bit of a walk from any shops for snacks and a bit of a walk to the Adeje promenade for dinners.
On the flip side it is a really nice area to stay in just be mindful to plan budget for rental cars or taxis

Lovely Suite Hotel, everything a hotel would provide, slippers, robes and plenty of bathroom products to use, spacious and well kitted out for self catering but so many options for great food/restaurants. We loved Kar Bon, such super staff, BBs was good for snacks/casual lunch/dinner. 3 breakfast options, the Buffett had everything you needed and more, super fruit and hot items always being refreshed. We also did the breakfast box option a few days which was well stocked and enough for lunch in your room too. Always plenty of sunbeds and places to sit. Views great over the bay and town. Char was super too. Helpful staff all over hotel and cleaning of room was very good. We will return, Thank you

Pros:

Nice hotel. Lovely location and views. Fab pools. Unfortunately we had a few issues with yellow water one day and no hot water another. Was fixed both times. Room are very nice and beds super comfy.

Disappointing stay, NOT a 5 star hotel
Pros:

A disappointing stay from start to finish. Really rude staff (excluding the reception staff and Camilla) poor quality food, bad access points to rooms, basic furnishings, the breakfast buffet was honestly no better than a 3 star hotel. If you’re looking for something luxury and 5star, you will not get it here.

Pros:

A really poor stay at Baobab! Not a 5 star hotel at all. All restaurant staff were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Often stood for 15minutes at an empty bar waiting to order food. Staff would see you waiting and then continue to ignore you. The food was very basic and often poor quality. Not what you’d expect for a 5 star hotel. I wish we’d stayed in the Hard Rock instead.

Pros:

We stayed as a group of friends and experienced the worst service I think I’ve ever come across in any hotel. The restaurant staff were incredibly rude throughout, the food was very basic and sometimes quite shocking considering it’s a 5 star hotel. On multiple occasions, they got our food order wrong and visibly huffed when we asked them to correct it. The rooms were basic, very hard to get to due to the limited access points, so we regularly got lost. The grounds of the hotel were also quite dirty, especially the lifts and strong smell of bins. Quite a shocking stat to be honest.

The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!

Pros:

Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need and a huge thank you to Camilla ! We will definitely be booking again !
