Lovely rooms, brilliant staff and fab amenities
Pros:

Very reasonably priced rooms, you get a lot for your money. Staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful. Was very nice and peaceful but that may be the time of year we stayed and being out of the school holidays. The gym was fabulous. Also the kids play area inside ‘sapplings’ is really good.

Cons:

The room service food which was from the BB Lounge wasn’t great. But their special breakfasts were brilliant and the breakfast buffet was fine.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a great stay here. The suite was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a baby with us so they provided a cot, highchair and bottle steriliser for us which was great to have.

All of the staff in the hotel were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The suite was immaculate, even the shower heads were clean which is a detail a lot of places seem to miss. Breakfast was brilliant as well. We didn’t use the children’s room or club but that looked great for when babies are moving about as well. Rooms are laid out well so you don’t hear your neighbours while inside and the views were great. Hotel is on a hill as other reviews say but the hotel gives you a free daily taxi which we sometimes used (I have a fluctuating disability) but generally we managed the hill fine with a pram. The hill to the restaurants looks worse than it is but the hill to the beach is quite a long and steep. We loved staying here for baby’s first holiday and would definitely recommend it!


Only minor point is that the private pool was a bit too cold for our baby so we used the main pool and toddler pool when swimming with baby but the private pool temp was fine for us to swim in.

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

Die Suite ist sehr großzügig. Alles sauber, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Mixer, elektrische Saftpresse, Nespressomaschine mit täglich aufgefüllten Kapseln. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Liegen, Esstisch und Sofa. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück ist mit Sicherheit die Saft- und Obstbar hervorzuheben. Alles frisch mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Mit ein Grund immer wieder hierher zu kommen! Mega!!!
Sehr angenehm ist die Tiefgarage, daher null Stress mit Parkplatz.

Cons:

Uns persönlich haben die vollkommen kahlen und lieblos gestalteten Flure nicht gefallen. Das erwartet man in einen 5 Sterne Hotel so nicht. Hier ist eindeutig noch Luft nach oben.

Fabulous holiday in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

This resort was exceptional. We had a 3 bedroom suite with hot tub and private pool and it really had the wow factor. Beautifully clean and loads of space for us and our 2 teenage daughters. Stunning views. Staff were so lovely and breakfasts were divine. Peaceful location but just 5 minutes drive, 30 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. Loved it!

Cons:

Nothing - had a fabulous holiday - can't wait to return

Lamentable!!!

Nada. Lamentable trato recibido por parte de la Recepción del hotel en particular de su Jefe diciendo que no habían habitaciones libres para un cambio cuando tenían disponibles en su web.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel de cinco estrellas ha sido absolutamente decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un establecimiento de esta categoría.

Desde el primer momento, se me asignó la habitación más alejada del hotel, obligándome a realizar largos desplazamientos constantes para acceder a recepción, piscinas y restaurante. Una situación totalmente inapropiada, especialmente viajando con mi hija.

Al solicitar un cambio de habitación, a pesar de existir disponibilidad, el trato recibido por parte del jefe de recepción fue inaceptable. No solo no mostró ninguna empatía ni intención de solucionar el problema, sino que directamente me invitó a abandonar el hotel, ofreciéndome la devolución del dinero en lugar de buscar una alternativa.

Esta actitud es inadmisible en cualquier hotel, pero resulta especialmente grave tratándose de un supuesto hotel de cinco estrellas, donde el servicio prestado ha estado muy por debajo del nivel que se anuncia y se paga.

Me vi obligado a marcharme y buscar otro alojamiento en el mismo día, en plena Semana Santa y con mi hija, con todas las dificultades que ello supone.

Una gestión pésima, falta total de profesionalidad y una experiencia que no recomendaría a nadie.
