Great location close to many restaurants and walkable to everywhere. Also very cheap to get to stations (bolt!)
Warm, very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel with friendly receptionists. Didn’t use the restaurant or have breakfast so can’t comment on that but a beautiful room and feel. Up a hill but wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend

Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel et le personnel très agréable.
L’hôtel est situé à deux pas du marché de Porto, et il est possible de rejoindre à pied les rues principales ainsi que le centre-ville en se promenant.

Nothing, we didn’t get to stay in the property
Extremely appalling customer service, last minute and I really mean last minute cancellation and offer to move us to a different location. We booked this hotel based on reviews and 5* rating. They wanted to move us to a 4* without offering any compensation, price reduction or upgrade. After questioning it, we just got a cancellation and a refund notification. No personal apology just a generic response.
