Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated. Location close to main attractions but in a quiet street. Staff very helpful provide an excellent service. On site parking is a big plus. There is a brother hotel next so you can use both facilities.
Lovely spacious room in a beautiful old building and very friendly, helpful staff. Nice gifts of sweets and port. The bed was comfortable and it was in a great location.
Unfortunately our AC did not work very well, the hairdryer didn't work and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
Achtung: sämtliche Ausführungen meinerseits beziehen sich auf das Hotel Editory Boulvard. Ich hätte dieses Hotel nie gewählt! (Siehe unten)
Bei meiner Ankunft hiess es, dass ich mein Zimmer nicht beziehen könne wegen eines Wasserrohrbruchs. Ich wurde mit einem Taxi zum Hotel Editory Boulvard gefahren. Dort angekommen erhielt ich ein winziges, stockfinsteres Zimmer. Das “Fenster” war in einem Schacht gelegen und durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Ich reklamierte und mit viel Murren von Seiten der Angestellten erhielt ich ein helles, ebenfalls sehr kleines Zimmer. Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss und hatte 2 Bullaugen als Fenster, welche “undicht” waren. Ich hörte alles von der Strasse: Autos, Leute, Geschrei, Gezeter etc.
Das Frühstücksbuffet enthielt alles, aber die Qualität liess zu wünschen übrig.

La ubicación, la limpieza.
La falta de respuesta ante una queja. Nos dieron la habitación reservada para minusválidos, con un baño adaptado muy rudimentario, sin mampara en la ducha, bastante incómodo. Escribimos para decirles que no era lo que habíamos reservado y que no era adecuado para un hotel de cinco estrellas. La respuesta fue que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían hacer otra cosa. No tuvieron ni el detalle de no cobrarnos el parking.

Friendly staff, great location, fab breakfasts and rooms were perfect for friends sharing. Decent pod coffee in rooms as well as complimentary Port.
When showering it was difficult to avoid water coming through the screen to the floor of the bathroom

Small point. We had twin beds but there was no area in between them as they are joined up to use as a double if necessary.
Apesar de não ser supercentral em relação a várias atrações históricas, fica numa região muito agradável, calma e próxima do mercado do Bolhão, que adoramos. O atendimento é atencioso e elegante, assim como toda a atmosfera do hotel. Quarto espaçoso e casa de banho idem, colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Na verdade, todo o ambiente. Encontramos deliciosos chocolates a nossa espera no dia da chegada.
A presença do revestimento acarpetado no quarto me incomodou um pouco mas era algo explícito nas fotos e não houve surpresa. Difícil o carpete não reter alguma umidade e a manutenção é complexa.
