Great breakfast - Doris really looked after me and prepared my request to order. Room was quiet and comfortable and well equipped. Everything felt very easy!
Jacuzzi was an extra in the spa was the only small thing. And Ski to door only works on their side of the mountain. Its a walk to ski the other side of the valley

Hotel veramente familiare.
Hotel molto centrale, è in sostanza una appendice o dependance del Hotel Cervo affianco, collegati tra loro anche tramite passaggio interno interrato che passa pure in diversi ambienti comuni (deposito sci, bagno "pubblico", sala ping pong, sauna, ecc.).
Ristorante Cervo annesso a Hotel Cervo ma con gestione separata, con buoni piatti, menù un po' limitato, prezzi normali, posti disponibili con prelazione per ospiti hotel.
Solo 8 camere, 2 piani con ascensore interno, assenza di "hall", propria sala colazione presente e in uso, ampio parcheggio scoperto con anche una colonnina per carica auto elettrica e presenza parcheggio coperto con posti limitati.
Camera ampia, accogliente e "calda", letto abbastanza comodo, ampio balcone, bagno però un po' piccolo, vasca/doccia con doppio getto che non soddisfa chi preferisce la doccia o il bagno, poco luminoso essendo cieco e con luci poco potenti.
Buona pulizia camera e parti comuni.
Colazione dolce di qualità sia per ingredienti che per caffetteria con macchina bar professionale, variegata, servizio self service tranne caffetteria (ovviamente), molto familiare con la sig.ra Doris molto simpatica e disponibile oltre che efficiente, prodiga di informazioni e consigli per attività turistiche locali.
Bagno un po' piccolo, vasca/doccia con doppio getto che non soddisfa chi preferisce la doccia o il bagno, poco luminoso essendo cieco e con luci poco potenti.
Letto abbastanza comodo ma rivedibile nel materasso.
