Очень просторный люкс Elite с панорамными окнами на океан и шикарным видом на набережную Нячанга (за который можно простить многие недочеты отеля), отдельная спальня, широкая кровать. На первом этаже отеля- торговый центр. В соседнем здании еще один торговый цент Lotte Mart.

Cons:

Завтрак - разочарование!!! Отсутствие балкона или хотя бы открывающегося окна для проветривания. Грустная уборка номера... На первом этаже ресторанчик dolder удивил отсутствием обслуживания, стоят 5 официантов, все в своих телефонах, никто не реагирует на клиентов... вообще забыли принести, то что заказали!!!

Pros:

Il nous est arrivé que des problèmes. Nous avons subi des pressions et des menaces indirect mais clair.

A nôtre arrivée ont nous a mis les bagages dans un coin . Ont nous a demandé de régler. Donné nos cartes d'accès et merci aurevoir.
Personne nous a accompagné dans la chambre, aucune explication et pas de bagages apportés dans la chambre.
Pour un hôtel vendu comme un 5 étoiles.

Le record du plus mauvais hôtels de nôtre vie.

Première chambre 1121 vraiment pourrie avec la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Changement de piles de la télécommande et la tv ne marchait pas .
2 nuits dans cette chambre, pour nous changer a la chambre 1020.
Encore plus moisie et l'évacuation de la douche italienne était bouchée.

Nous réclamons fermement au service clients de Booking et ils nous ont surclassé dans une "suite".

Pendant le déménagement a 14h30 h nous avons rangé nos affaires et avons constaté qu'il nous manquait l'argent liquide qui était dans le coffre-fort. 1300CHF et 850€ .
Avant 17h nous le disons a la direction.
Réponse ; rien a été retrouvé dans notre ancienne chambre.
Réclamons au service clients qui ont demandé un remboursement. Refusé par la direction de l'hôtel.

Le lendemain, téléphone de l'hôtel ; veuillez nous suivre dans la chambre 1020. J'arrive avec le manager et sur place 3 employés et un gardien en uniforme m'attendais a l'intérieur de la chambre. Je regarde le coffre-fort qui était vide.

Je demande d'aller voir nôtre première chambre 1121 et le manager me dit qu'elle a été louée, donc impossible d'aller voir.
La dessus il me menacer d'avoir une surveillance Russe. Et que c'est impossible que le personnel aie pris l'argent. Il me fait bien comprendre d'éviter de me plaindre...
Booking demande le remboursement et ils ont mis une grande pression a l'hôtel, selon moi.

Car un miracle est arrivé le lendemain matin.

Heerlijk ontbijt, prachtig ruime mooie schone kamers, goede service, vriendelijk en attent personeel.

Cons:

Er was een medewerker die naar extra betaling voor koffie bij het inbegrepen buffet vroeg. Dat zou niet hebben gehoeven, gezien we voor hotelovernachtingen inclusief ontbijtbuffet hadden betaald. De manager had dit heel goed opgelost. Het bleek om een misverstand te gaan.

Very bad hospitality and service.
1. Laundry bag you cant take with you cuz it belongs to the hotel. So you can’t use it for the dirty clothes, you can take it and use it everywhere in the world but not in this hotel. That’s why at check in you have to pay 100$ deposit in case you steal this laundry bag. It’s a joke.
2. They don’t provide an iron. They said: use a laundry and pay. Great service.
3. They don’t clean properly, they never changed any towel during 6 days staying, only fold dirty towels back.
4. The elevators are so slow, you might wait for 10 min to get any of them.
5. WiFi is barely working. You have to use your own data in order to use the internet.
6. The breakfast is another level. We booked a room with breakfast including and it was that bad, so we didn’t go. You will barely find any food if you come 1 hour before breakfast closes. We ordered omelet and it was not cooked well at all, we could feel even a crispy onion. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
6. We left 2 days earlier, the guy receptionist was very rude and unfriendly, this is a 5 star hotel.

I truly do not recommend the hotel. Unbelievable bad.

A liftek használata idegesítő tud lenni, annak ellenére, hogy három lift áll rendelkezésre!
Ami nagyon zavart, hogy minden egyes ajtó becsukódását a szinten nagyon erősen lehet hallani, szinte a falak is beleremegnek! Én a 14-ik emeleten voltam, nem tudom, hogy a többi milyen!

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, välillä sai odotella hieman liian kauan aikaa kahvin valmistumista, kun se oli päässyt loppumaan.

Saimme odotettua paremman huoneen, mikä oli oikein mukava yllätys.

Cons:

Uima-allasalue oli surkea. Muutama aurinkotuoli, jotka oli muotoiltu niin, että niissä voi maata vain selällään. Ei yhtäkään aurinkovarjoa altaalla, joten siellä ei tullut vietettyä aikaa. Läheinen ranta oli ok, mutta siellä aurinkotuoli maksoi 150kVND/päivä.
