Posizione fantastica, a livello del lago di Como con vista privilegiata.
Pros:

Colazione adeguata, menzione speciale per la preparazione delle omlette eseguite a regola d'arte. Piscina abbastanza grande della quale non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla per nostri impegni, interessante la possibilità di poter fare il bagno in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte. Camere vista lago con un bellissimo giardino manutentato a dovere. Pulizia generale adeguata.

Cons:

Posti auto, il primo che arriva meglio alloggia non prenotabili se non con euro 20,00 di sovraprezzo.

Kot vedno so se tudi tu našli Francozi in Skandinavci, ki so že na bazenu mislili da so sami in da je vse njihovo. Hodili so tudi čez terase drugih gostov. Zaposleni so bili obveščeni pa pravijo da ne morejo nič. Res nespoštljivo do ostalih gostov. Lahko naredite !! Zavrnite jim gostoljublje in jih odstranite iz hotela. Res tako težko ?

Skvelý pobyt pri Lake Como
Pros:

Úžasné ubytovanie, poloha hotela priamo pri jazere, rozmiestnenie izieb s terasou so súkromím, nič nám nechýbalo, boli výborné raňajky, oceňujem bazén len pre hotelových hostí, ten druhý určený pre všetkých mal zelené okraje od rias (to by sa nemalo stať). Udržiavaný, čistý, nádherný areál, skvelý na oddych vo dvojici, určite budem odporúčať a radi sa vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelé chvíle strávené vo vašom rezorte. Oceňujem aj pozornosť pre manžela k narodeninám 😉

Zelená voda na okrajoch bazéna.
Pri ponuke room service od 11PM do 6AM nebolo uvedené číslo, kde je možné jedlo do izby objednať.
Na izbe 125 dosledujte upevnenie obrazu nad posteľou, v noci z ničoho nič spadol, upevnenie je nedostatočné.
Zvážte sieťky proti hmyzu na okno na terasu, sú komáre a muchy....
Sú to maličkosti, ktoré sa dajú odstrániť...

L’emplacement et le cadre sont magnifiques.
Terrasse des chambre qui donne accès à la piscine, superbe.

Fijn kleinschalig verblijf aan het meer.
Pros:

Locatie - wat verwijderd van massatoerisme. Kleinschalig.
Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd (dagelijks olijven- en vijgenbrood bv) en eitjes die a la minute klaargemaakt worden.
Bar aan het meer met handige take-out.
Bij superior kamers met lakeview een handige patio met zithoek en ligbedjes.

Cons:

Adults only hotel, maar opgelet! Ze hebben een tweede pool die naast de kamers met lakeview gelegen is, toegankelijk voor dagtoeristen en lokalen, dus ook kinderen. Vooral in de weekends rekening mee houden.
Verder is het wat drummen als je de overdekte parking wenst, daar zijn maar een 8-tal plaatsen.
Geen badjassen in de kamer.
