Complimentary breakfast is served Monday through Saturday and is non-refundable. Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays or on the following holidays: Christmas and Thanksgiving, as the dining room is closed.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A notarised letter of guardianship is required if the parent or legal guardian is not present at check-in.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Packages and/or letters cannot be accepted on behalf of guests. Any items received will be returned to the sender. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our guests.

Our air-conditioning is seasonal. In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations.

Air-conditioning is available from June 1 to October 1, or slightly later depending on the weather, and is not guaranteed outside this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Die Lage und das Hotel sind super. Das Frühstück war fantastisch.

Cons:

Es war für uns etwas teuer aber noch im Rahmen. An die Gemeinschaftsbäder muss man sich gewöhnen, aber sie sind sauber!

Agradable sorpresa
Pros:

El hotel está excelentemente bien ubicado. El barrio de Chelsea es hermoso y amigable y estás a tiro de las principales atracciones de Manhattan. Hay una estación de subte en la esquina. El personal es muy diligente y amable y la higiene muy buena. Excelente relación precio calidad. Seguro mi lugar de hospedaje en Manhattan.

6 nuits au Leo House Hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé, à 100m du métro, chambre très propre et assez spacieuse avec un cabinet de toilette bien pratique.
Les douches sur le palier sont suffisamment nombreuses pour ne pas faire la queue.
Le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner parfait.
Le café accessible toute la journée, la fontaine à eau et le petit jardin sont des gros plus.
Un rapport qualité prix au top pour New-York.
Je recommande cet établissement et ne manquerai pas d’y séjourner de nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour son hospitalité.

Cons:

Ce qui m’a un peu gêné, c’est de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et la laverie non accessible lors de mon séjour suite à un problème.

Pros:

O staff foi extremamente atencioso. Deixei ficar o meu telemóvel no hotel e eles providenciaram rapidamente o envio para a minha próxima localização.
O pequeno almoço era bastante bom (especialmente as panquecas).

Lovely guest house
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast (fresh blueberries, cottage, eggs... ) I loved it. Free tea and coffee anytime.
Great location on a quiet lovely Chelsea neighbourhood and close to Penn station . Very confortable beds.

Wspaniały hotel w centrum Manhattanu
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum Manhattanu. W środku bardzo czysto, Pani regularnie sprzątała, zmieniała ręczniki i pościel. Łóżka wygodne. Dodatkowym atutem tego miejsca jest to, że pokoje są świetnie wyciszone, a ktoś z pracowników w mojej ocenie dogląda tego aby na jednym piętrze nie było nagromadzenia gości w jednym czasie. Zupełnie nie przeszkadzało mi, że łazienka z prysznicem była ulokowana na korytarzu, ponieważ zawsze gdy potrzebowałam z niej skorzystać była dostępna i czysta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, wszyscy uśmiechnięci i przyjaźni. Opcja śniadań w hotelu jest bardzo pomocna w przypadku jeśli masz w planie późniejsze, całodniowe zwiedzanie miasta. Wszystko było bardzo smaczne i świeże. Dodatkowo miałam problem z przejściówką do suszarki i gdy poprosiłam pracownika recepcji darmowo wypożyczył mi sprzęt. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu i jeśli zdarzy nam się ponownie odwiedzić NYC na pewno do niego wrócimy! Ogromne podziękowania dla obsługi i mam nadzieję do zobaczenia wkrótce:-)
