Our air-conditioning is seasonal. In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations.
Air-conditioning is available from June 1 to October 1, or slightly later depending on the weather, and is not guaranteed outside this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Très proche du centre (20min à pied de Times square, 2min à pied de la bouche de métro la plus proche). L’établissement était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était gratuit est très copieux avec des gaufres à faire soit même avec une machine (très sympa à faire et très facile), des œufs du bacon ou des saucisses, des fruits, des bagels, confiture, céréales, yaourts…
Le house kipping passe tous les jours ce qui fait que la chambre reste propre.
Il y a un coffre avec un bon placard.
Il faut laisser les clés à l’entrée de l’hôtel donc pas besoin de se soucier de ça pendant les visites. Parfait pour des vacances à New York.
La climatisation était bruyante. Pas de mini bar. C’était deux lits simples collés mais avec deux draps différents donc pas top pour dormir en couple
The staff were really nice. The room was a bit small as we expected but it was enough for us, and everything was clean. They also let us leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great centrally located hotel with an excellent breakfast, comfy beds and quiet at night. For a central location with all the basics it is great value for the centre of New York in comparison to other hotels.

Beds were good enough, but a bit firm. Staff often seemed quite confused about how their systems worked, but were overall very nice.

It is clearly a lower budget lodging option, but the location is fantastic at a reasonable price. We had a two twin bed room with our own bathroom, and it served its purpose well…place to sleep and relax when not out and about. The tv in the room is very small, but same thing…served its purpose. The breakfast was very good (though not served on Sundays). The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, but again, a lower end accommodation for a lower end cost.
Location! Easy walk to Penn Station, the High Line, Pier 57, Chelsea Market, etc. Walkable to Time Square and Broadway shows, though a bit further.

Midden in Chelsea NY. 80 m lopen van de metro. Binnen 10 minuten bij Penn Station met de taxi.
Lift en ramps aanwezig voor rolstoelers. Lekker rustig, fijne binnenplaats (waar gerookt mag worden)
Vriendelijk personeel.
Badkamer klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien (opbergruimte voor toiletartikelen, conditioner, shampoo en douchegel aanwezig, elke dag schone handdoeken). Bed was uitstekend. Elke dag werd bed opgemaakt en de badkamer schoongemaakt. Meer dan voldoende kastruimte. Goede airco.
Elke morgen een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, voor iedereen meer dan voldoende. 24/7 gratis koffie, thee en gekoeld water.
De televisie deed het niet. 2x om gevraagd, niet verholpen.
De badkamer was niet echt schoon bij aankomst. Het douchescherm was kapot bij de ringen en was te ver naar buiten opgehangen, waardoor de vloer in de badkamer na het douchen half blank stond.
Toiletbril zat los.
Bij 1 raam geen (rol)gordijn aanwezig, waardoor al vroeg lichtinval.
