All was great. Very happy
The people working there for friendly and the room was clean
The free punch was good.
The bed was hard
The bathtub was patched up very old
The water was dirty coming out of the tub and was not consistent in temperature.
The windows were barely sealed so you hear every noise from outside and also in the hallway
The reception did not want to help me with a package delivery
Buffet Breakfast was excellent and varied each morning, the staff are delightful and engaging. The location is central in Manhattan
The room was very tight to move around in and heating was very effective and slow for temperature to drop in the room (so you could sleep at night)

Like location and staff
Too long check in, must leve deposit it takes almost half an hour to finish.
We got room number 403 on that floor there is not wifi and also in same time we were not able to use tv because of no connection.
That room 403 was not shown on site it is really in bad shape gray walls like in prison.
In 2025 in center of new york doesn’t worth money at all you can find much better apartment for that money.
