Hotel dragut dar nu excelent
Pros:

Plaja frumoasa ,piscina foarte frumoasa si cu facilitati multe,personalul foarte amabil si dispus sa ajute,amenajarile exterioare si micul dejun

Amplasarea camerei..nu recomand camera cu vedere laterala la mare..era intr-o arips a hotelului unde dimineata la ora 5 venea masina de gunoi si apoi toate masilile care faceau aprovizionarea la hotel..un trafic care deranja foarte mult.nu cred ca aceste camere ar trebui oferite turiștilor..si la pretul care este.De asemenea in baie cabina de dus nu era etansa si toata apa se scurgea pe pardoseala baii.restaurantul hotelului era dragut dar seara nu era nici un program de enterteiment.pozitia hotelului departe de zona de centru...

Pros:

My parents, both over 60, stayed at this hotel at the end of July and beginning of August, and they were extremely happy with their experience.

What impressed them most was the excellent service and the warm and attentive attitude of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and always ready to help with any request — from the reception and housekeeping staff to the restaurant team.

A special thank you to few members of the staff who speak several languages. This made communication much easier and more comfortable for my parents, as they are not confident English speakers. They really appreciated the attention, patience and willingness to help.

The food was also very good, with a nice selection, and the room was comfortable and well serviced throughout their stay.

Overall, they had a wonderful stay and especially appreciated the people working at the hotel and the high level of service. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
