Un employer asiatique est venu me réveiller un soir pour me changer de chambre, et deux jour plus tard il a voulu entrer dans ma chambre avec 2 nouveaux client alors que j’étais entrain de me dévêtir, disant que j’aurais dû checker-out depuis 11h , alors qu’en réalité c’était le lendemain

Aucunement satisfait du propriétaire et de l'établissement général cest une honte de réserver a cet endroit mieux vaut dormir a la rue.

Deux lits au lieu d'un seul comme réservé.

Cons:

Problème de Wi-Fi pendant notre séjour
Frigo non branché. J'ai dû le changer de place et le brancher.
Travaux juste en face de notre chambre qui commençaient tôt le matin. Les travailleurs n'étaient pas très discrets.

En arrivant, pas de personnel a la réception. Sommes allés chercher un responsable parmi les travailleurs il arrive quelqu’un. On nous donne la clé (carte magnétique), nous allons vers la chambre et la clé ne fonctionne pas. On retourne a la réception et on nous en redonne une autre. Voila, ca fonctionne. Il faisait 29 degrés ce soir-là. L’air climatisé fonctionne, mais ne produit pas d’air frais. Retour a la réception : on vient avec nous et on essaie de nous convaincre que l’air frais s’en vient, ce n’est pas le cas. Je lui suggère d’aller voir la chambre voisine : et l’air frais y sortait; ok peut-on prendre cette chambre ? On ns répond qu’elle est réservée et on essaie de nous en trouver une autre. Après 10 minutes on nous revient afin de nous donner une autre chambre, de l’autre côté du bâtiment qui est en rénovation; plutôt de base, mais l’air clim. était fonctionnel. Beaucoup de travaux a faire dans ce motel pour remettre ça d’une manière acceptable. Vous pourriez conseiller a vos clients de prioriser un autre motel pour remplacer celui-ci. Merci.
