Il n'y avait pas de déjeuner et même pas de café à l'office et pas de cafetière et de micro ondes dans la chambre.
Le préposé a l'accueil il n'avait pas l'air content de nous voir arrivé. Pourtant je suis un monsieur de 70 ans qui est très respectueux envers autrui.
The location is very convenient, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub is quite slippery while showering. I slipped while taking a shower, which could have resulted in a serious injury. Please consider providing a non-slip bath mat or other appropriate safety measures to prevent accidents.

À notre arrivée, la chambre que nous avions réservé et payé depuis 1 mois n’était pas disponible… On nous a donc donné une autre chambre pour la première nuit. Qui n’étais pas très propre et salubre.

My experience at Hotel Motel Regent was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel stays I have had.
I had informed the hotel several times that I would be arriving late due to a train delay. Despite this, the receptionist (a Chinese gentleman whose name I do not know) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that my booking had been cancelled because I had not responded and that I should call the hotel immediately because it was already cancelled. I was travelling with my family and children, and this happened around midnight. When I explained the situation, his attitude was essentially, “If you don’t want the room, you can leave.” I had no practical option but to rebook the room at that late hour, and he then told me that I needed to take whatever room was available.
Unfortunately, the room itself was nowhere near worth the price. The beds felt like sleeping directly on springs, and there was only one comforter for two beds. The tables were extremely sticky and appeared as though they had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was tiny, with very basic amenities, and the water pressure was extremely low.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, from the rude and unprofessional treatment at check-in to the poor condition and cleanliness of the room. I would never stay here again and would not recommend Hotel Motel Regent to anyone, especially families.
