Estancia muy agradable en Florencia.
Pros:

Ha sido mejor de lo que esperaba.
Muy buena comunicación con el dueño. Perdí mi vuelo y llegué muy tarde a Florencia, tienen el check-in hasta las 23.00 h.
La habitación es grande, está muy limpia, la cama es muy cómoda, también hay una pequeña nevera. Es un tercero pero hay ascensor. Hay una máquina expendedora con bebidas al final del pasillo.
Está a 10 minutos andando a la Galeria de la Academia, que fue el primer lugar que visité.

Cons:

El baño es pequeño pero está en buen estado.

Solo per appoggio di una notte
Pros:

Parcheggio Parterre a 500 mt a 15 euro al giorno, si arrivava in centro con una passeggiata di 20 minuti.
L'hotel ci ha tenuto le valigie sia prima del chech in che dopo il check out.
Ascensore molto piccolo ma essendo un palazzo vecchio per fortuna c'è.
Camera semplice ma per una notte va più che bene, il letto era comodo.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione bassa, avevamo la stanza vicino all'ingresso per cui si sentiva la gente chiacchierare, qualcuno si è attaccato al campanello per 20 minuti alle 7 del mattino, il tram su rotaia faceva rumore.
La nota dolente della stanza era il bagno: la tavoletta del wc non era della dimensione corretta e si muoveva per cui si faceva fatica a stare a sedere, l'acqua nel lavandino veniva giusto un filo, doccia acqua piano con temperatura che passava dal bollente al gelido senza toccarla. Per chi ha i capelli lunghi l'acqua viene troppo piano per riuscire a lavarli.

Pros:

Estaba muy cerca del centro para ir andando y con parada de metro al lado, para desplazamientos más lejanos, como la estación de tren. Es un tercer piso en un edificio antiguo, y el ascensor es bastante antiguo y pequeño, pero ningún problema. la habitación grande, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Había sala con máquinas de café, refrescos y agua y un microondas. En la propia habitación había un mini frigorífico.

Quarto ótimo mas a entrada do prédio é meio estranha
Pros:

Quarto com banheiro limpos, iluminação boa, mimos de chá.
Silencioso.

Cons:

Um dia um hóspede largou o elevador com a porta aberta e tive que subir de madrugada 3 andares pelas escadas.

Generally everything was okay
Pros:

Hotel was close to city center. And staff was so polite

Cons:

We stayed 3 days. They renewed only tea at the third day. nothing else. We were expecting Shampoo, soap as well. I dont know their rules. Maybe this is rule of property. I didn’t ask because was last day.

Ci tornerei senza pensarci se dovessi fermarmi di nuov da quelle parti
Pros:

La struttura è in una zona strategica vicino a moltissimi servizi e mezzi pubblici. Essendo in zona ZTL il proprietario ci ha subito indirizzati presso il parcheggio Custodito a pagamento più vicino, a 400mt. Intera giornata di parcheggio 15€ OTTIMO.
Ottimo il riscaldamento in camera ed il letto comodissimo.
Il bagno molto pulito !

Cons:

Un po’ retrò ma magari è lo stile della struttura.
