Pros:

Замечательный винтажный лифт. Приятный персонал. Сразу остановка трамвая (поэтому и шумно немного). Чисто.

Cons:

Не хватает в номере пары приборов к чашкам и тарелок. В общей кухне только палочки для размешивания.

Relativ Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Es ist unmöglich mit dem Auto vor dem Gebäude zum be- und entladen anzuhalten (Trambahnspur). Entweder man parkt verboten irgendwo oder schleppt das Gepäck vom Parkhaus hin . (Sollte in der Beschreibung angegeben sein!)
Die Gerüche der Putzmittel waren einfach penetrant!
Im Moment wird der Palazzo saniert , deshalb gibt es ein Baugerüst und ich konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen.

Els llits eren molt còmodes. Em va agradar molt el detall que van tindre en deixar-nos un parell de infusions en l’habitació.
El centre de la ciutat estava molt prop i arribaves a peu tot recte.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, a pochi passi da Piazza della Libertà. La zona è tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera, e il Duomo è facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili: lui, in particolare, è una persona simpatica e accogliente.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che mi ha deluso è stato quello legato alla pulizia. La camera presentava alcune crepe sui muri e segni di umidità, con tracce di muffa visibili. Anche il pavimento e il frigorifero offerto non erano particolarmente puliti. Sarebbe auspicabile un’attenzione maggiore a questi dettagli, che farebbero sicuramente la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.
