Evalator does not have a/ c .Some have only fan . We are occupied at 26th floor .Come up and down have to hold our breath for the heat

넓직하고 깔끔함

A very bland boring hotel, hard to explain it but it was pretty basic. Would not rate this very highly at all. Overall experience just not good.

Friendly at first at the desk after that no good mornings or even a hello and the rooms are clean but leaking water from the shower door wouldn’t close to the jacuzzi leaking water all over the floor plus it didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t work and we had our clothes washed and had a very friendly person help us with questions on our clothes getting washed and got them done in a timely manner I appreciated her very much but I would say fix your things in the rooms before giving them to customers

The hallway is very dark! Fridge is not cold enough

房間還行，但SPA的服務會看是外國人就坐地起價，然後服務人員的態度也很差

ハロン湾を一望できて素晴らしい景観だった。

The staffs of Muong Thanh was super rude. When our taxi drove us to the wrong location which is only a few meter away, the staff scream at the driver and chase us off the property...

The staged were very professional and accommodating.

家族で宿泊しました。豪華でゆったりとした部屋、見晴らしも素晴らしかったです。
日本語がわかるスタッフがいて助かりました。
1点謎なのは、17:30頃に清掃スタッフが来た事です。フロントに確認すると日本人は厳しいから2回清掃が入るとの説明でしたが、そこまで必要ないと感じました。
あわてて貴重品を持って出ました。
全体的には家族からとても好評でした。

Room is big and bed comfortable. Had a room on high floor facing Halong Bay and Sun Whell Complex. Had a fantastic view of the cable car station as well. Buffet breakfast was good with a wide variety of food.

Hade en toppen vistelse på detta hotellet. Bra rum och jätte trevlig personal. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma. Poolen är kyld så det är skönt och uppfriskande när det är varmt. God frukost med stort utbud. Ligger mycket bra.
Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell baserat på vår upplevelse.

From the outside I was pretty impressed and excited, but as soon as I got to the entrance, there was no one to help with luggage, not a single bellboy in site (and they call it a 5 star hotel?
Check in however was speedy and one of our rooms were upgraded to the 33rd floor.
Views were stunning however the condition of the hotel was poor. The beige interior was very outdated and I saw an employee (marketing sales) smoking right by the no smoking sign on the Spa level.
The hotel seemed to be full of chinese and Korean guests so was really busy.
The rooms were large, clean and provided plenty of space and a nice view of the bay area.
Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options and tables.
We did enquire about the karaoke rooms at reception but the staff seemed reluctant to help and told us that it was a separate company so they couldn't book us in.
The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of sunworld, a minutes walk from the cable car. which is definitely an attraction not to miss when visiting.
Taxis were easy to hail down outside the hotel also.
I don't think the service or feel of the hotel was 5 star, maybe more of a 3.5 star.
On the fence if I would return here again.

위치는 정말 좋은데...객실이랑 복도에 카펫이 깔려있는데요~고급스러우라고 깔아놓은건가? 거기서 냄새가 나는건지 좋은냄새는 안났어요~
조식도 숙박첫날에만 먹고 안먹었어요..먹을만한것이 없었네요. 호텔직원들은 웃으면서 친철하진 않았고 그냥..업무가 많아보였어요

The corner room where I stayed was clean and wide.
However, outside is very noisy even in night time. Elevator works very slow and always full of people. I could not get in it more than 20 minutes although they have 6 elevators.
The breakfast was also full of noisy people and no space to take a seat.
Eventually I gave up to have a breakfast.

I could see so many people stayed there, but hotel must have capability to manage a lot of people.
I could not stay there comfortably.

Checked into the hotel at night, the reception lady was impatient and threw us an attitude. Not all staff had an attitude problem like she did, what happened has left us a negative first impression on the hotel and diluted the efforts made by other frontline staff unfortunately. In spite of that particular staff member's issue, I have had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Room was cozy and spacious. Housekeeper reacted quickly and attentively to my request.

I don't usually write reviews as the hotels I stay in generally meet my standards, However I felt the need to share my experience with this hotel. There is no way on earth that this hotel meets the standard of an international 5 star hotel in my opinion

The Good
Excellent location opposite the theme park which would be great for families. I was on the 32nd Floor and the views were amazing. Room was very large and spacious and reasonable value for the price.
Room was very clean.

The Bad
I selected a premium deluxe room which was advertised with a Balcony. I can confirm there is not one Balcony in any room at this hotel. Hotels.com should remove this misleading statement.
There was no room service whatsoever which I would assume should be a minimum requirement for a 5 star hotel?
Wifi was hit and miss, working normally some times and then non existant at others which was annoying since I was on business.

The Ugly
Had intermittant problems flushing the toilet which is propbably just a room specific complaint, but as anyone who has travelled Vietnam knows, this is critical!

Conclusion
All up my stay was comfortable but average at best. When I return to Halong Bay I think I would prefer to stay at the Novotel or Whyndam as the western hotel chains have a more consistent and modern offering and you know what to expect.
