Miracle Transit Hotel

Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel

Hard bed. Passable breakfast but early so helpful. Expensive. No option if stuck in the airport.

Basic. Clean. Decent linens. Dated. Served its purpose for long layover.

Very handy for a stopover nap and shower, but walls are so thin that I was unable to sleep properly because of noise from room next door. Also was woken by someone unlocking my door and turning the light on. They left pretty quickly, but couldn't get back to sleep after that.Also wasn't until after I booked that I knew it was only for 6 hrs. The price did not reflect that.

Not professional enough. The treatment is like you are doing a favor by giving the room.

Was unable to stay because I was transferring from Domestic to International. Can only stay here if transferring from international flight to international flight.

A great place to sleep when in transit. Comfortable beds, soft linen and quiet.

It is a very quite place and with absolutely dark curtains that gave us a chance to went asleep fast and deep.

We like a lot the convenience of location, size an all the facilities in the property. Unfortunately the sound protection was not good enough but we were so tired every day so anyway slept very well.

Having booked via Hotels.com and written in the comments that I would arrive after 3pm when I arrived at reception I was told that because I arrived after 3pm my reservation had not been held and I would have to pay a further USD121 to stay. The reception staff were rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to the manager, who did not come but in the end offered me three hours maximum. All the time they simply blamed Hotels.com and told me to ask them for a refund. To be honest I don't care who is to blame, I just wanted what I paid for, and ended up getting half of that. The worst set up at a transit hotel I have encountered, I will not stay again.

Location was good for resting after a long flight. It is difficult to find and a bit pricey.

Very suitable for transit flights!!! Will definitely go back.

rude staff noise beds are rock hard dirty the aircon has one temperature cold you cant adjust it.
