Hôtel bien placé mais quelques ajustememts restent à réaliser en terms de travaux de rénovation.
Pros:

La proximité de l’hôtel, et les transports bts a côté et la navette gratuite pour les clients, les employés à l’ecoute et au petit soin.

Cons:

Mauvaise evacuation de l’eau dans la cabine de douche malgré une tentative de réparation qui n’a pas été efficace, il est important de faire les réparations pour cette chambre dit superieure.
* absence de prise électrique près du lit, le personnel a été réactif en me fournissant une rallonge pour brancher mon appareil médical.

A comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent food and a perfect location
Pros:

Everything was simply great, and we have no complaints. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the BTS Nana and Phloen Chit stations, making it very convenient to get around.
The food at the property was excellent, with plenty of tasty options. Our room was simple but very spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Viskas puiku. Labai malonus staff, issiregistruojant 03:30 suruose pusryciu dezutes issinesimui. Lovos patogios, svaru, geri kondicionieriai. Skanus pusryciai.

Cons:

Užsakant kambarį 1 suaugusiam ir 2 vaikams 11 metu, buvo aiskiai parašyta, kad vienam vaikui nakvyne nemokama. Apmokėjus užsakymą, pastebėjome, kad kambaryje tik viena dvigule lova. Pasiteiravus del papildomos lovos, buvo pasakyta, kad reikes sumokėti papildomai, nors vykdant užsakymą aiskiai buvo pažymėta, jog kambarys bus 3 žmonėms. Po diskusijų su manager, pasake jog gausime family room. Atvykus i hotel, gavome sujungtus du kambarius, nors antra kambarį draugui užsakinėjome atskirai ir jis turejo nakvoti vienas dviviečiame kambaryje. Teko patiems is jo kambario parsitempti čiužinį i savo kambarį.
Maistas restorane labai prastas, kainos neatitinka kokybes. Grilled beef burgeris buvo visiškai ne grilled ir ne beef, o kiaulienos. Picos labai prastos, paplotėlis lyg tortilija.

A quiet modern oasis in the midst of Nana chaos.
Pros:

Close to the wild life of Nana without being in it. Hotel staff extremely friendly and personable. The room (Superior) was modern and well appointed. Don't expect a view from any room as it is only 6 levels. My room was on the top level with the pool which does get a pleasant view. Breakfasts were marvelous and I always got there early indulged my appetite for an hour or more while planning my day.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of. For the price point, it was more than I could ask for.
