Cons:

Il personale non si è rilevato cortese nelle varie richieste e di fianco alla nostra camera stanziava personale forse perchè vicino alle scale di servizio. Alla richiesta della psw del WiFi in portineria mi rispondono in modo non cortese dicendomi che la psw era il mio cognome, peccato lo avessero sbagliato. Laudry molto cara e con costi non chiaramente leggibili sul modulo.
Struttura di per se carina con piscina poco curata.

Impressive way to navigate Bangkok
Pros:

The location was excellent and very central, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The BTS was nearby, and Terminal 21 shopping mall was also within easy reach. It was a convenient base for exploring different parts of the city.

Mooi hotel op top locatie
Pros:

Mooi hotel op een fijne locatie, bts station was op loopafstand en ze hadden een klein golfkarretje die je naar het station kon brengen als het regende. Personeel was erg behulpzaam met bijvoorbeeld taxi's regelen

Cons:

Het barretje in het hotel sluit vroeg, dus niet echt een mogelijkheid om in de avond in het hotel iets te drinken of ergens te zitten.
