Historische Villa abseits von Rummel und in Gehdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Sehr schönes historisches Anwesen (mit einer speziellen Vergangenheit: angeblich Hauptquartier der Deutschen Wehrmacht 1943 - steht im Hotelbeschrieb). Parkplatz im Park mit der Möglichkeit sein E-Auto zu laden (10W). Einrichtung der Belle Epoche. Sauber. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Ein grosser Park zum Verweilen nach der Ausflug in die Stadt. Porta Romana und Gardino Boboli in Gehdistanz. Würde wieder hingehen...

A great choice for a long weekend in Firenze.
Pros:

Beautiful Villa close to Porta Romana and Santo Spirito neighborhood. Easy walk to the center (10-15 min to Palazzo Pitti, 20 minutes to Uffizi and 30 minutes to the main cathedral).
We had a nice room with all the comforts, very clean and with big windows facing the lovely courtyard. Breakfast was great. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and we hope to be back soon!

Cons:

The bathroom did not have any window.

A beautiful historic place with a fantastic location and great breakfast.
Pros:

This property is located in a beautiful historic building. The location is fantastic—very convenient for walking to the city center and the gardens, and there is also a bus available if needed, although walking is very enjoyable. The place itself is charming, well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent; you can choose your breakfast the day before, and the quality of the food and preparation was very good.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the welcome experience. When we arrived, it felt a bit awkward and not very warm, as if our arrival was unexpected. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed at that moment, which affected the first impression.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit wunderschönem Park in der Nähe des Piazzale di Porta Romana... Sehr ruhige Lage - und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Nähe hält auch der Stadtbus...
Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Matratzen sind von hoher Qualität und sorgen für einen himmlischen Schlaf.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet und serviert.
Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen innerhalb des Areals zur Verfügung. Preis-Leistung passt. Top Empfehlung!

A lovely place to stay with good breakfast and within walking distance of central Florence.
Pros:

A beautiful setting, and close enough to plunge down the hill to the Arno and into central Florence on foot.
Unfortunately we had scaffolding outside our windows with workmen scurrying around so it felt a little non private, but no complaints as we understood that maintenance is essential.
Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. No hanging space for clothes or cupboards to put things in.
Good breakfast.
Wonderful décor throughout the building which was fun to explore.

Cons:

The owner was not very friendly and we felt that he thought he was superior to his guests. The staff all appeared somewhat stifled and worried about putting a foot wrong.

Divinamente fantástico
Pros:

O Local é paradoxalmente nostálgico e moderno. Lindo e aconchegante. Excepcionalmente confortável. O Andreas é uma pessoa extremamente solícita. Amamos tudo. O café da manhã é divino. Fez-nos sentir na verdadeira Itália recepcionados como príncipes. Foi a melhor cama e melhores travesseiros que já dormimos. Quando voltarmos será para lá.

Cons:

Das acomodações foi tudo incrível. Apenas num único dia tive que lembrar do meu pedido do café da manhã, pois vc indica, no dia anterior, o que quer comer no café do dia seguinte. Mas nada que numa deliciosa conversa não tenha sido resolvido.
