Las instalaciones me gustaron, el desayuno muy bueno, muy limpio todo el hotel con un olor muy agradable, la música de ambientación muy relajante. La señora que nos.preparo el desayuno el último día con excelente actitud felicidades.

Cons:

Había dos personas de encargados un hombre y una mujer, el siempre fue muy amable y agradable pero ella en algunos momentos parecía enojada y de malas y eso demérito la muy buena impresión que me causo el hotel, espero que esto le sirva para cambiar su actitud y tener un hotel de 10.

Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
Bis ins Zentrum von Florenz ca. 30 min. Fußweg.
Sehr angenehme Betreuung durch die Inhaber.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr gut geführtes, ruhiges Haus mit freundlichen Gastgebern, sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer und Räume, tolle Lage im schönen Garten und nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Wir waren als Familie da (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute Lage, tolles Ambiente, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück und wunderschönes Anwesen.

Cons:

Was fehlt, ist eine kleine bewirtschaftete Bar, man kann zwischen 15.00h und 20.00h zwar ein Getränk bestellen aber nach einem Tag Florenz wäre es schön, wenn man zum Abschluss noch ein Glas Wein trinken könnte.
