O hotel é muito agradável e a Praia de Águas Belas é simplesmente fantástica!
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, atendeu às nossas expectativas. É um hotel muito grande, com excelente estrutura. Estava lotado no dia que chegamos (domingo) e esvaziou logo depois. Mesmo com poucos hóspedes, a qualidade e atenção não foi reduzida, mantiveram o nível do atendimento, principalmente do café da manhã e restaurante. Piscina grande. A praia de Águas Belas é uma das nossas preferidas no mundo todo.

Ótima infraestrutura de lazer e uma equipe muito atenciosa; um refúgio de tranquilidade

Café da manhã com boas opções e bem farto

Cons:

O único ponto de atenção é que os quartos próximos à piscina ficam com a calçada constantemente molhada durante o dia. Isso torna impossível transitar por ali sem molhar os pés e, consequentemente, o interior do quarto. É apenas um detalhe que não retira o mérito do conforto e do ótimo atendimento oferecidos pelo hotel.

Bom para família!
Pros:

Excelente espaço para crianças. Há uma piscina com toboagua e escorrega, comida boa a preço justo. Dá para fazer passeio de barco e ir para a praia q tem águas calmas. Café da manhã gostoso e variado.
A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa, sempre disponível e bem informada.

Cons:

Atendimento dos garçons. Alguns chegaram a fazer caretas quando chamados. O cardápio do lanche da tarde é muito restrito.
