Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel. Superou nossas expectativas em todos os aspectos. O ambiente é muito agradável, limpo e acolhedor. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a nossa estadia. O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade e qualidade, e o jantar do restaurante também nos surpreendeu positivamente. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui novamente!

Próximo a duas praias da região. Atendentes maravilhosos e solicitos. Transfer gratuito para barraca vinculada ao hotel.
Boa piscina e restaurante interno.
ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

Fechamento muito cedo da área da piscina, às 18h. Poderia ficar aberto até o fechamento do restaurante às 21h.

São especialistas em acomodação.
Pros:

O Hotel é especialista em acomodação. Desde a chegada somos recebidos com cartão de boas vindas, cortesia de água mineral acompanhada de cartão também, acomodação com amenities à vontade, piscinas extremamente limpas e águas transparentes, área para pets, café da manhã super completo, funcionários atenciosos. Em resumo, eles sabem cuidar de gente.

Cons:

Não há nada a reclamar, apenas deixo uma sugestão para outros hóspedes, levem na mala repelente para pernilongos.

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com o ralo do banheiro entupido, depois com a agua do chuveiro q só saia quente ao ponto de não ser possível tomar banho e falta de água na torneira da pia. E ficamos sem Internet a estadia toda, pois a rede que chegava no quarto não era possível conectar. Mesmo reclamando 2 dias na recepção, nada resolveram.
