Localização muito boa e fácil de encontrar, quarto limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Hotel com instalações modernas e um excelente café da manhã.

Ao chegar para realizar o check-in, um dos atendentes estava conversando com outra colaboradora do hotel e demorou para terminar a conversa e me atender, o atendente ao lado fez o check-in de minha mãe e foi rápido, e o meu após a conversa demorou no atendimento, como eu trabalho com atendimento ao publico acredito que a prioridade deve ser o cliente e não conversas paralelas, o hotel deve investir em treinamento de atendimento ao cliente pois faz total diferença na experiência. O hotel tem estacionamento, mas é pago a parte.

No me gustó la atención al cliente muy mala, y me cobraron doble en su pix espero que me revierta el pago como lo dijeron, solo el gerente del hotel atendió amable, el las recepciónistas femeninas muy desagradables, falta mas variedad en el desayuno también

Gostei da localização.

Não gostei da organização. Maior confusão na hora do check-in. Estávamos em 4 adultos e 2 crianças. Precisaríamos ficar perto, metade ficou no térreo e os outros no 1º andar. Nossos pertences estavam misturados e tínhamos que ficar subindo e descendo para pegar as coisas. No térreo é uma barulheira tremenda até tarde da noite. Na piscina infantil tinha um ralo que ficava soltando, deixando parafusos para as pessoas se machucarem. Quase rasgou meu dedo. Se uma criança pisar, o prejuízo será grande.
