Гарний готель і зручний мені. Хочеться, щоб замінили менеджера бронювання, бо це псує репутацію

Добре розташування, чистота, уважний персонал в готелі - покоївки, дівчата на рецепції

Cons:

Жахлива робота менеджера бронювання. Кілька років зупиняюсь в цьому готелі - останній рік мені активно пропонували бронювати напряму, а не через букінг. Я відмовилась. Тоді мені закрили можливість бронювати через букінг (писала на бунінг - сказали це саме готель зробив). Бронювала номер напряму в готелі - менеджер бронювання довго відповідає і часто потібний мені номер встигають розібрати (коли намагаюсь забронювати сама - на фінальному етапі вибиває помилку, хоча інші готелі по всьому світу я можу забронювати без проблем). Востаннє менеджер відповідав більше 3-х годин і потрібний мені номер хтось забронював. Я була дуже незадоволена - питання владнали дівчата на рецепції - дякую їм. Зараз він взагалі закрив мені можливість дивитися які є номера (не бачу цей готель, хоча через інші аккаунти видно що є). Схоже на те, що менеджеру бронювання дуже не подобається його робота і дуже не потрібні постійні клієнти. Я розчарована таким підходом
