Pros:

Мені все дуже сподобалося. Готель чистий, затишний, персонал привітний та уважний. Перебування було комфортним, із задоволенням повернулася б сюди ще раз.

Cons:

З мінусів: відсутність зубної щітки.

В цілому все добре
Pros:

Гарне розташування, привітні адміністратори, доволі просторий номер і є укриття на цокольному поверсі. Навіть є свій котик при готелі )

Cons:

На фото номеру при бронюванні була мікрохвильова піч, по факту же в номері (цокольний поверх) її не було. Як виявилося, про бажання мати мікрохвильовку треба було писати при бронюванні окремо. Я ж думала, що вона є в кожному номері, бо це наче базова річ зараз.
Також здивувало платне зберігання валізи, якщо хочеш залишити її у готелі до часу заселення. Мені по телефону озвучили суму 150 гривень. Вперше зустріла, що ця послуга платна. Розумію, що готель має на це право, але скільки їздила по Україні, завжди в готелях ця послуга була безкоштовною .
