Чисто,привітний персонал,є косметичний набір і тапочки. Цокольний поверх можна використовувати як укриття. Поруч кафе,магазини та автобусна зупинка.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Проблему с кондиционером помогли решить. Кровать очень удобная, я отдохнула после долгой дороги очень хорошо.

Cons:

Пришлось тащить чемодан на 4 этаж без лифта. Не было одноразовых шампуней в душе. По какой причине не понятно.

Pros:

I have stayed at the Golden Gate many times over the years. It's a simple, comfortable hotel in a convenient city-centre location. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They do a tremendous job maintaining standards during difficult wartime conditions. This time, I decided to take a room in the basement, due to the higher intensity this year of drone and missile attacks. In truth, the basement rooms are not as comfortable as upstairs, which is reflected in the lower price. They are rather dark and dingy. But for safety reasons, it was probably a good idea.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
