Our stay started out a little rough, but I truly believe it was just a minor language barrier with things getting lost in translation. However, the Deputy General Manager, Mr. Tran, stepped in and turned everything around so quickly and graciously.

The entire staff is incredibly polite and takes action immediately. The rooms are well-appointed and meticulously taken care of, and all of the amenities are clean and easily accessible. The views from the rooftop pool are absolutely stunning, and having the beach right across the street is a massive plus!

As a first-time guest, I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet—the local Vietnamese food is delicious, and the coffee and fresh juice are exceptional. My experience here was definitely worth it, and this first visit will certainly be the first of many more to come. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Всё! Отличный отель! При бронировании возникли у меня некоторые трудности, менеджеры отеля любезно помогли разобраться с ними, чему мы очень благодарны. Весь персонал очень приятный, всегда улыбаются и готовы ответить на ваши вопросы, в отеле распологающая атмосфера гостеприимства. До заселения и после можно оставить свои вещи в камере хранения, что весьма удобно. Ресторанная служба заслуживает отдельных комплиментов, каждый завтрак был вкусен, официанты быстро всё убирали; кафе рядом с ресепшеном- отличное, нам нравилось там ужинать( любимым блюдом стала- хрустящая карамелезированная свинина, это блюдо сильно отличается от моей традиционной кухни, но понравилось нам с первого раза). Приятно то, что отель с двух часов дня имел собственную открытую уличную вьетнамскую еду, которая просто потрясающая..Всем ребятам, работающим в ресторанной службе огромное спасибо за интересный "гастрономический тур"!!!
В нашем четырёхместном номере было всё для комфортного проживания, уборка проводилась ежедневно, везде чистенько и приятно пахнет, видно, что клининг старается. В номере был большой балкон, где после насыщенного экскурсионного дня можно было выпить вьетнамского чая, также там располагалась сушилка для белья, что очень удобно, в дневное время всё быстро сохло. В номере была плита, холодильник, чашки, стаканы. При желании, можно что-то приготовить. Хочу отметить удобство подушек и матрасов, это важный момент при путешествии, отель подошёл к этому вопросу серьёзно. На крыше располагается бассейн, фотки с него получились отпадными, от туда открывается прекрасный вид на город и побережье, там же располагается бар. Мы посещали массаж, в общем он нам понравился, опытные мастера хорошо размяли наши мышцы, молодым мастерам немного не хватало силы но, от спа тоже остались приятные впечатления. До и после процедур, нам любезно предлагали вкусный азиатский чай и угощали домашним йогуртом.

What made this stay unforgettable was the staff's attention to detail and proactive hospitality. On June 12th, our family of four had an early departure to Bà Nà Hills and would miss the breakfast buffet. Rather than simply offering an apology, the hotel team went above and beyond preparing four individually packed breakfast bags, each filled with sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit, and bottled water. It was thoughtful, generous, and completely unprompted. That single gesture said everything about this hotel's service culture.
On another occasion, I accidentally left my handbag on the ground floor. Before I even realized it was missing, a staff member had already brought it up to my room. No fuss, no waiting just quiet, attentive service that made me feel genuinely looked after.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was majestic. The view from the rooftop was unbeaten. Our room was so spacious. We got the ocean view and boy it was so worth it. Great price. Very close to the beach clubs. Perfect location. Bed was very comfy.

Location is perfect. Very beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms and excellent view from the rooms.

Staffs are not so courteous. This may be the only hotel in the world which charges you for the laundry bags. They charged us 30,000 dongs saying it's a policy.

Also, not a very good check out experience even when it's a pre-paid trip. They will make you wait for 10-15 mins to check out.

Localização excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa, todos falando Inglês bem. O gerente atendeu rapidamente ao pedido de mudança de quarto para os fundos, inclusive com um upgrade gratuito. Café da manhã bom. O cardápio do restaurante é um pouco limitado, mas a comida é ótima. A relação custo x benefício é excepcional, hotéis desse nível geralmente são muito mais caros.

Espetacular, o café da manhã era incrível, a localização beira mar fantástica. O quarto era muito grande e muito confortável. A piscina no rooftop só acrescenta, foi uma ótima estadia.
