Great big rooms, clean and nice

I stayed at the A La Carte Da Nang Beach Hotel from 22 June to 24 June, and it was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.
A special thank you to Front Office Manager Ms. Giao, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out.
I would also like to thank Cuong, Han, and Victor for their kindness and excellent service throughout my stay.
The hotel generously provided credits that could be used for F&B, spa, and laundry services, which was a lovely touch and added great value to my experience.
A big shout-out to the F&B team on the ground floor and the breakfast team on the 2nd floor. The food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
I would also like to mention the small street food stall outside the hotel selling Banh Mi and Skewers. The team there was incredibly warm and friendly, and the food was delicious and affordable. Their hospitality added a special local touch to my Da Nang experience.
The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel relaxed and at home.
I highly recommend A La Carte Da Nang Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

The rooms were nice. It’s conveniently located. Danang is a charming city and the hotel was accommodating.

Incredible location right on the beach! The room was really good, but the view was the real star—just fantastic. Breakfast had a great selection with everything available, and the staff were wonderful and friendly. Absolute 5-star experience!

Our stay started out a little rough, but I truly believe it was just a minor language barrier with things getting lost in translation. However, the Deputy General Manager, Mr. Tran, stepped in and turned everything around so quickly and graciously.

The entire staff is incredibly polite and takes action immediately. The rooms are well-appointed and meticulously taken care of, and all of the amenities are clean and easily accessible. The views from the rooftop pool are absolutely stunning, and having the beach right across the street is a massive plus!

As a first-time guest, I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet—the local Vietnamese food is delicious, and the coffee and fresh juice are exceptional. My experience here was definitely worth it, and this first visit will certainly be the first of many more to come. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Всё! Отличный отель! При бронировании возникли у меня некоторые трудности, менеджеры отеля любезно помогли разобраться с ними, чему мы очень благодарны. Весь персонал очень приятный, всегда улыбаются и готовы ответить на ваши вопросы, в отеле распологающая атмосфера гостеприимства. До заселения и после можно оставить свои вещи в камере хранения, что весьма удобно. Ресторанная служба заслуживает отдельных комплиментов, каждый завтрак был вкусен, официанты быстро всё убирали; кафе рядом с ресепшеном- отличное, нам нравилось там ужинать( любимым блюдом стала- хрустящая карамелезированная свинина, это блюдо сильно отличается от моей традиционной кухни, но понравилось нам с первого раза). Приятно то, что отель с двух часов дня имел собственную открытую уличную вьетнамскую еду, которая просто потрясающая..Всем ребятам, работающим в ресторанной службе огромное спасибо за интересный "гастрономический тур"!!!
В нашем четырёхместном номере было всё для комфортного проживания, уборка проводилась ежедневно, везде чистенько и приятно пахнет, видно, что клининг старается. В номере был большой балкон, где после насыщенного экскурсионного дня можно было выпить вьетнамского чая, также там располагалась сушилка для белья, что очень удобно, в дневное время всё быстро сохло. В номере была плита, холодильник, чашки, стаканы. При желании, можно что-то приготовить. Хочу отметить удобство подушек и матрасов, это важный момент при путешествии, отель подошёл к этому вопросу серьёзно. На крыше располагается бассейн, фотки с него получились отпадными, от туда открывается прекрасный вид на город и побережье, там же располагается бар. Мы посещали массаж, в общем он нам понравился, опытные мастера хорошо размяли наши мышцы, молодым мастерам немного не хватало силы но, от спа тоже остались приятные впечатления. До и после процедур, нам любезно предлагали вкусный азиатский чай и угощали домашним йогуртом.

From the moment we checked in, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were immediately noticeable. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

What made this stay unforgettable was the staff's attention to detail and proactive hospitality. On June 12th, our family of four had an early departure to Bà Nà Hills and would miss the breakfast buffet. Rather than simply offering an apology, the hotel team went above and beyond preparing four individually packed breakfast bags, each filled with sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit, and bottled water. It was thoughtful, generous, and completely unprompted. That single gesture said everything about this hotel's service culture.
On another occasion, I accidentally left my handbag on the ground floor. Before I even realized it was missing, a staff member had already brought it up to my room. No fuss, no waiting just quiet, attentive service that made me feel genuinely looked after.
