Do not book thru Airbnb - book directly w/ hotel - Excellent stay
Pros:

We had quite an unexpected experience at À La Carte Danang Beach Hotel, but it turned into a memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff.

For context, this is a condotel (a mix of hotel rooms and privately owned units). We originally booked through an Airbnb host because it was cheaper, not realizing that Airbnb guests don’t get full access to hotel amenities. Unfortunately, our host never showed up, and we were left stranded without a room during peak season in Da Nang when most hotels were fully booked.

With very limited options, we went directly to the hotel reception—and we’re so glad we did. The front desk staff, especially Giao, were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They managed to secure us a room for part of our stay, with a required room change midway due to high occupancy.

What really stood out was how smoothly they handled everything. On the day we had to switch rooms, the next room was ready early, so we didn’t have to wait around until the official check-in time. Considering the hotel was fully booked, this level of care meant a lot to us.

The service throughout our stay was excellent—everyone was friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was especially impressive; rooms were cleaned daily and very thoroughly (they even wiped the floors, which is something we rarely see elsewhere).

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, though we personally preferred exploring local food spots. The infinity pool has a breathtaking view, and the gym is a decent size for a hotel.

We also received a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a nice bonus.

Overall, despite a rough start, the hotel staff truly turned things around for us. If you’re considering staying here, we highly recommend booking directly with the hotel to avoid any issues with third-party listings

Tôi đã nhiều lần đến Đà Nẵng và đều ở khách sạn này bởi vì vị trí rất đẹp, sát biển, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp, xách vali và hành lý cho khách hàng. Nói chung đến đây bạn sẽ được trải nghiệm cảm giác khách hàng là thượng đế.

Cons:

Điều tôi không thích duy nhất là khách sạn sử dụng hệ thống ánh đèn vàng, màu vàng có thể phù hợp với nhiều du khách có tuổi nhưng với chúng tôi thì căn phòng tối tăm lắm. Buổi chiều tối về phòng mà phòng cứ âm u tù mù chán lắm🤣. Nếu khách sạn cải thiện được có 2 hệ thống ánh đèn vàng và ánh đèn trắng cho khách hàng tự lựa chọn thì 10 điểm không có nhưng.
À lưu ý cho các du khách là nếu thanh toán trước tiền phòng qua thẻ thì khi tới nơi phải mang theo thẻ đi để khách sạn check. Tôi thấy đã bị trừ tiền trên app nên không mang theo thẻ đi nữa, đến nơi phải làm thủ tục để hoàn lại tiền trong thẻ và thanh toán trực tiếp tại quầy. Tùy ngân hàng, đến nay 2 ngày tôi vẫn chưa nhận được tiền. Khách sạn nên nhắc nhở khách điều này trc chuyến đi để không diễn ra tình trạng như trên nữa (khách sạn có nói với tôi là có nhắc nhở điều này trong mail nhưng mail lại viết bằng tiếng Anh trong khi tôi là người Việt, tôi không hiểu. Khách sạn phục vụ cả khách Việt và cả khách nước ngoài thì nên thể hiện rõ điều này đi bằng 2 thứ tiếng ạ)

Comfortable Stay
