Quedamos encantados con el lugar. Repetiría la estancia con ellos en un futuro.

Toda la decoración de época. El cielo raso de nuestra habitación tenía una gran y hermosa pintura. Cuentan con café y té durante el día. Muy bien ubicado. La atención de Rino y Andrea fue lo máximo, muy atentos y nos orientaron muy bien sobre los lugares a visitar y los lugares para comer, con excelente relación cantidad y calidad vs precio.

Pros:

Palazzo storico con sole 8 camere, appena si entra ci si sente catapultati indietro nel tempo, con affreschi originali sui soffitti. Camera ben arredata e spaziosissima con un letto comodissimo. Tutto molto pulito, e tutti gli ambienti dell hotel sono tenuti alla perfezione. Complimenti anche allo staff , molto gentili e disponibili. Un ottima permanenza

I made reservation and informed I was coming with a vehicle. There was no one at the front desk (seems usual for attendants to leave their post), they informed me via WhatsApp they sent someone to take my vehicle to a parking garage, but do not share individual info. A young guy shows up on a scooter and informed me he was there to take my car rental to a garage. When I asked where the vehicle will be stored, only information provided was 5 min away. No location, address, no retrieval ticket, nothing.
I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I reached back to hotel staff via WhatsApp and they never responded again.

Good but not worth the price.
Pros:

Room were good size. Beautiful frescoes in the ceilings. Staff was supportive and helped us get a car booking as well.

Cons:

Unavailability of staff from 7PM to 8AM at the reception. Bed were too springy and not comfortable.

Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, removed from the super busy/touristy areas of Florence. A gorgeous building and our room was breathtaking.

Cons:

I was offered coffee while we waited for our room to be ready - it was the most horrible, burnt cup of coffee I have ever had in my life.
Our biggest letdown was the bathroom - it was honestly pretty gross. Could see mold on the ceiling as well as near the walls of the shower. Bathroom door was also VERY hard to unlock which was odd. For how expensive the room was, this was disappointing.
