Foi uma estadia excelente apesar dos pontos apresentados acima.
Pros:

Localização excepcional.
Funcionários atenciosos, especial referência à Alexandra (Guest) e ao Raphael (restaurante Fateixa).
Ponto positivo é que há hospedagem para famílias de 4 pessoas.
A praia do Francês é linda e a vila tem uma excepcional infraestrutura.

Cons:

O hotel está passando por obras, então o bar da piscina e a própria piscina estão indisponíveis.
Parte do segundo andar também está tendo seus quartos reformados.
Ponto negativo é que o quarto, apesar de ser de bom tamanho, se torna pequeno quando são montados para acomodar 4 pessoas

Hotel excelente e super recomendo, o melhor do Francês.
Pros:

De tudo, já conhecia o hotel e foi a primeira vez que comi no restaurante do hotel. Eu fiquei surpresa com o sabor, as opções e o custo benefício muito bom. O atendimento excelente na praia e no hotel em geral.

Localização do hotel e atendimento da equipe! Show!

Cons:

Hotel com dependências (piscina e rooftop) em reforma que só foi informado após reserva pelo booking. Em 3 dias de permanência, somente em um dos dias o café da manhã foi muito bom, nos demais deixou a desejar em relação a proteína e bolos disponíveis. A pulseira amarela de acesso e pagamentos é um chamariz e um alvo para abordagens diversas ao sair do hotel. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar é a qualidade / sinal da internet, que na maioria do tempo, ficou intermitente / oscilante e, em alguns momentos, sem acesso.

La ubicación frente a la playa. Las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons:

El café del desayuno es de mala calidad. No pude tomarlo. Nos avisaron que la piscina estaba en mantenimiento hasta después de reservar y ya no nos iban a devolver el dinero.
