Service and personal are very friendly
The electric equipment makes loud noise in the night and the bathroom unfortunately had not a little mold.

La dame de l’accueil est très sympa et serviable. Propre et au centre ville pour le positif.
Négatif : pas d’eau chaude même si cela ne m’a pas dérangé car il a fait chaud mais pas pour ma fille. En gros parfait pour un court séjour

Very small rooms and no lift in the hotel.. we had to climb 3 floors everytime,which was very tiring. Below Average place .. pictures are misleading. Location is prime and close to 7*11. No food available in the hotel. Room service is available at fixed hours.

Is a nice place, is away of the noise that's a plus, also the receptionist was very kind give us all the info that we need, the room has all the amenities, was a big a comfy room but, there was a malfunction on air conditioner, it work but was dropping water, the rest everything went fine, great place to stay

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was clean. It was set back from the main road meaning it was quiet enough, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. This hotel is great value for money and an ideal base if you want to go out and about, explore and take trips.

Great stay for the price it was. Property is a bit dated, as can be seen in the bathroom and room for example. However, it was quite clean.

Bed is quite stiff in case that bothers you. Also there are no elevators. I stayed on second floor so it was easy enough to get my bag up and down.

Staff are quick and friendly. Location is pretty convenient - close to the rowdiness but not too close so it's quieter. There's food and convenience stores around the block. The hotel is tucked in a small street with a big sign helping you find the place.

The room was cute and quiet. The location is close to the party life and the beaches so definitely a plus. The room service is quick and clean. They also let you borrow beach towels, so another plus. They have some simple rules which are easy to follow. The only negative was the view outside our window was an electric pole but we were hardly in our room so that could be ignored. The hosts are very sweet.

The location is awesome, walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangla Rd and all the eateries you can imagine. The road is clean and the building is amazingly well run. They give you the option of when you want the room cleaned, so if you want to chill in the room that day, you can skip having it cleaned. The bathroom is very nice, there is a large enough shower and hot water.

Stayed here for 2 months . September - November 2022 . Nice room comfortable , good ac , fresh water , towels , toiletries and room cleaning whenever you needed . Owner very kind and welcoming . Excellent staff . Very central location . 7/11 and food mart less than 1 minute from hotel . Also very quiet locating .
Will stay here again 100% . Thank you 🙏🏻

reat place to stay. I had everything important things I need: close to sea, close to center, quiet to sleep place. Facilities worked the best. Clean and comfortable. I even had hair dryer in room) towels for beach are available

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Very closeto Patong beach and walking street. You can reach the hotel easily from the airport and take the shuttle bus to the airport within walking distance. Rooms are cosy. Owner, was great, so kind and helpful. Will definitely go back next year.

Very clean hotel, cleaning done every day, the owner is great, the rooms are big and very nice, 5min to the 300 meters beach, it's great value if you stay in Patong. around many restaurant. hotel corner have 7/11 and Family Mart

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. The staff were the friendliest people we met in Patong and were incredibly helpful and polite. It's located 20m down a sidestreet so it's dead quiet at night, but still in the centre of it all. There are two 7/11's right at the end of the sidestreet too. The thing that stood out for me the most was how clean it was. They really loved their work and you could see it. Overall it was friendly, convenient, welcoming, clean and incredible value. Definitely recommended.

This is a small hotel with 18 rooms, no frills but is value for money. The keep the place very clean and tidy and the staff are always so helpful.

Service was great and place is very conveniently located with a convenience store just beside it

"+" Very clean, cozy, placed at 800 m from Bangla road. Tea and coffee for free at any time.

"-" 200 thb breakfast, beds not comfortable. Not very good phonically isolated rooms. No elevator - if you have luggage you have to carry it on the stairs.

This is the third time I had been to Patong Phuket, and unfortunately resulted in a scooter accident coming back from Karon Beach after the second day. I broke my arm, and my nephew broke his shin, but the treatment and hospitality of the staff was second to none, the best yet Ive ever had the pleasure of receiving from hotel staff in Phuket, right from the very top, the Turkish manager whos name escapes me, to the cleaners and other staff at the hotel. Without Nong, and Eye, Id have struggled with an already difficult holiday. The care they gave my nephew and I was first class and ill never forget it. Friends for life. The hotel had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and Id gladly recommend anyone staying here!
