Charming place close to the location of the Berlin Wall memorial. Smooth after hours check-in and helpful staff.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this place and will stay again.

Best Hotel in Berlin!

We arrived at the hotel at 8pm and it was locked up, reception area was gated. The sign had a number to call to contact the hotel with problems. We had no wifi so we went to the cafe across the street to ask to use their wifi. After trying multiple times to contact someone we gave up. We had a confirmed room and no way to get in. After a couple of hours I read a line at the bottom of my confirmation sheet which said I would get an email with an access code 48 hours prior to arrival. We had been traveling longer than that and I had no way of getting emails in another country. So them sending it was of no use. I had to text my husband in the states, have him get into my email and text me the access code. So after 2 hours of stress and looking for another hotel we were finally able to get into the hotel. The note with our key said our room was on the 2nd floor, it was on the 3rd, and no elevator. There was no one to help with info on parking, dining or the city. I was worried about the car all night. The next day' I was told that they weren't fully booked so they didn't staff the desk after 4. It was a very frustration experience. The room however was comfortable. Maxi the cat, however, was no where to be seen. I probably wouldn't stay there again, only because of the stress they put us through. But the room itself and the hotel was pleasant.

Gepflegt, sauber, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, mitten im Herzen von Berlin und trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer. Empfehlenswert!

Fantastisk ophold på skønt lille hotel lige ved u bahn og Tram. Lækker have der kunne nydes i det gode vejr. Lækker morgenmad og fantastisk sødt og venligt personale. Vil helt sikkert komme igen. For de lydfølsomme, vil ørepropper nok være en god idé, da man kan høre når folk går på gangene. Vi havde værelse mod gården og havde dejlige rolige nætter. Varm anbefaling herfra

Schönes kleines Hotel mit tollem Innenhof.Im Sommer bestimmt sehr nett zum draußen sitzen. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung zur S-Bahn und Hbf. Es befinden sich gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

What a treat! Wished it was Spring or early Fall or even Summer. The inside patio and gardens with a pond and koi is fabulous. Great breakfast. Very quiet. Has a lot of charm.

Mit Liebe gestaltetes kleines Hotel.
Konnte zwar den Garten nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist er traumhaft.
Service auch bei späterer Anreise über Schlüsselbox problemlos!

Tolles Hotel, wirklich mit Stil eingerichtet

J'ai passé 3 nuits et 4 jours dans cet hôtel des plus charmants. Sa situation géographique est idéale, les chambres sur le jardin, calme tranquille, on entend que les oiseaux, ce qui en plein centre d'une grande est unique ! la décoration charmante et la propreté est irréprochable. L'accueil des collaboratrices rencontrées tout à fait aimables, serviables, parfaites....Je ne peux que louer cet établissement qui m'a surpris dans l'ensemble de ses qualités et je le recommande vivement. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Bravo !

An interesting place to stay in the old “East Berlin”, the hotel reminiscent of that era. It had a beautiful garden, which we couldn’t enjoy due to wet cold weather. Note though, this hotel has no lift or laundry service, although on it’s site here it says it has both. We are an older couple and having a lift is important to us when travelling with luggage. Fortunately the staff assisted us. I however had a recent knee injury and found the stairs a bit of a challenge.

Wunderschöner Garten im Hinterhof und damit sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Nice garden, but there is no air conditioning in rooms.
