Pas top, c’était pour dépanner quelques heures
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

La chambre était très sombre (seulement une petite fenêtre sans possibilité de tirer les rideaux) et des cafards dans la chambre. Il y avait aussi une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bains

Malinis ang room, malamig ang aircon. Comfortable rin nakapag-pahinga po kami ng maayos. If may chance na makapg book ulit, pipiliin ko rin po ito.

Old hotel but perfectly serve its purpose to us.
Pros:

Stayed as a family of 4. The rooms are spacious. Near to coffee shops and convenient stores. Walking distance to Robinson’s place. Very good place to stay when scheduled for medical exam in St. Lukes Extension clinic and interview at the US embassy.

Cons:

Establishment is old.

I have booked rooms at this wonderful hotel twice for my family, and they have had an amazing experience both times. They always tell me how friendly, welcoming, and accommodating the staff are. The excellent customer service made them feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay.
The hotel is clean, affordable, and well-maintained, making it a great value for the price.
My only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet because my family loves having a variety of food options in the morning. That would make the experience even better!
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay with outstanding service. We will definitely book here again!

The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel doesn't have a breakfast buffet. My family enjoys having a variety of breakfast options, so we think adding a buffet would make the stay even better. Fortunately, there are several restaurants nearby, so it was still easy to find a good place to eat. Other than that, everything was excellent, and they were very happy with their experience.

Pros:

We booked with breakfast but the staff told us that there's no breakfast.

Cons:

When we checkout in the hotel I was using the bathroom staff down in the lobby and I accidentally left my celfon in the toilet. By that time we already on the way to the airport. When I call and asked the receptionist she denied and told me to the check my luggage but it wasn't there I know that I left it in the bathroom. The receptionist called me back and said if I could check my bag again. Then my daughter called my number and they asnwer me I tell them that is my phone and they said their staff found the phone in the toilet but at first they denied so what is the reason that they denied it?
