A really good little hotel and we would choose it again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean and the staff (Enrica and Moira) were charming and very helpful.

Um bom Hotel em Montepulciano
Pros:

Gostei do Lorenzo, ele foi muito bacana e a mãe também. Chegamos de carro e o Waze indicava um outro ponto de localização do hotel, mas o Lorenzo ficou falando o tempo todo conosco e deu todas as instruções para entrar no Centro histórico e descarregar as malas, acompanhou meu marido até o estacionamento, nos contou que o Hotel passou por uma grande reforma, agora tem elevador novinho. Do hotel se tem uma visão excelente da vila medieval, creio que não poderia ser melhor

Cons:

creio que por ter vindo de uma reforma recente, ainda falta colocar algumas comodidades no quarto, tipo um armário, uma boa mesa, um local adequado para chaleira, um bom espelho, no banheiro uns prendedores. Mas tudo isso é coisa que se resolve com tempo. Todos foram muito bacanas.

Nice accommodations and friendly staff.
Pros:

The accommodations were very nice, and we were able to drive up to the place to check-in. They offer a place to park nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The location was good, but it was closer to the entrance of the town, so to reach the top plaza area was a trek. We only stayed one night though, so not really a deal breaker.

Pros:

Tudo. Atendimento desde antes da chegada excelente. Contato fácil e agradável. Dirigimos até a porta do hotel para deixar as malas e usamos o estacionamento disponibilizado pelo hotel. Lorenzo nos recebeu muito bem, as meninas da recepção também, muitas informações que facilitaram e transformaram para melhor a visita na cidade. Roupas de cama e banho de muito boa qualidade. Atenção na limpeza. Foram prontos em nos fornecer pratos e taças para uso no quarto. Vista maravilhosa. A senhora do café da manhã lembrava até da nossa preferência para bebidas no café da manhã. Variedade e qualidade do café da manhã é 10.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
Pros:

Beautifully restored historic building. Thoughtful antique furnishings with modern styling. Excellent location. Owners and staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.

Cons:

Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast in lovely dining room. Parking available. Can not say enough about this excellent hotel.

Tökéletes Toszkán gyöngyszem
Pros:

A hotel tökéletes volt minden szempontból. Autentikus környezetben , rendkívül figyelmes és kedves személyzettel. Extra finom reggelivel. És a kilátás feledhetetlen a toszkán dombokra.

Pros:

Before arriving to the property, we were contacted by Lorenzo, he was really helpful all the way. Then when you get to the hotel, you meet the rest of the staff. Enrica, Salma and the manager whose name I can’t recall are some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met.

Everything else was great as well, the location, the accommodation.

You will not be dissapointed.
