Disappointing, Misleading and Overall Never Again
Pros:

The room was big and the location was good and convenient. Mattress was comfy and hard.

I'll start with check in...we rented a 3 person triple room, but they only gave 1 key between us, apparently the computer can only register 1 card, first hotel in 30 years I heard this...
Photos of the room is misleading, the decor looks like its in its final stage of plastering and requires a paint job. Walls unfinished as I cut my foot on edges of the walls. Light fixtures were sticking out everywhere.
Shower....there's a sign that says beware of hot water....wasn't even like warm, literally cold.
No way a 3 star hotel, give it a 1 star the most! Disappointing

I smoked a lot.
Pros:

I loved the location, being in the middle of a back-soi it was very authentic.
The room service and staff were kind and helpful, even through language barriers.
Great value for money!

Cons:

Upstairs pool can be more clean, limescale makes it look a little scary. Otherwise, some leaking pipes here and there - generally okay.

Cons:

Checked 3rooms on arrival all 3rooms had electric lights issues. Finally the property asked me to check out and find another hotel. They refunded my money. And bad odor. Dull painting the rooms were dark and very small.
